27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Hello everybody,

Due to the English/Turkish/Italian/ NMRs in the game, Russia, Austria, Germany and me agreed to finish the NMR countries and draw. Austria benefitted the most from the NMRs, but showed a great restraint in not going for solo when he could, because the game was utterly fucked up.

Unfortunately, in the last phase, Russia decided to go for solo. Therefore, we cannot continue with this just plan.

Austria and I will stop any hostilities against England and Germany. We are calling in for a 5-way draw to finish this game, that was so badly hurt by NMRs.

My draw vote is in. I call you all to do the same.
27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: As a sign of good faith and fair play, would France then be willing to withdraw from Munich? It seems only fair as Germany has not had an nmr.
27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Yes, I am in a midst of discussions with Germany just about that.

As a sign of goid faith and gair play, would Russia:

Withdraw from:

1. Berlin
2. Bulgaria
3. Edinburgh
4. Prussia

Leave the following units where they are:
1. St.Pet
2. Sevastopol
3. Warsaw

And of course, the biggest sign of goid faith and fair play, vote draw?
27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Bah, I hate typing on mobile.
27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: To confirm the position - I agree with France and have my draw vote in. France correctly summarises the history - and when I realised than we had had 3 out of 7 NMR and 2 were next to me and could feel myself lining up to stab Russia for the solo - I knew it would be tainted even if I could achieve it. I will move as heavily on Russia as I can this phase to prevent the solo.
27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: So to finish the story - I decided it was not fair on other players who had not NMRd for me to even attempt the solo - and I decided (and continue to have the view) that I would prefer to accept a draw rather than seeing anyone (myself included) take advantage of what has become a bit of a hot mess.
27 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1907: We are about to see another English NMR, as Mr. "I almost single-handedly wiped out an NMR country" will gain another SC or two.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: So russia Will defeat me Only because i saw that he was planing to take the solo shot refusing a fair equal plan for a four way draw!
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: He won't defeat you. I am about to request the mods to find a replacement for England, and then the four of us will force here a draw.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: It's not an nmr. England is entering holds.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Like he did in Spring 1904?

This is how NMR looks like, in addition to the sentence "at least one country did not submit moves" before the end of phase.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Stop this farce, Russia. You already brought an NMR England into the draw. Just vote draw and lets get over with it.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Not only that, you don't have a real chance for solo here. At most you can get 13 SCs before you start shrinking.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I didn't bring anyone into the draw - look at the votes. I agree the only one in a position to solo is Austria, hence my defensive move to Bulgaria last phase. France I hope you realize your actions are only advancing that possibility.

Now let's eliminate the littles and then I'll put my vote in.
27 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Bulgaria was Austrian, not yours. It was an offensive move. Not only that, but you disregarded the solution that I offered, forcing me to do what I am doing now.

I can only agree to eliminating England (he is not here anyway), and you have to stop all aggressions, now.
29 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Gentlemen you've made your point. My draw vote is in for ~ The Art of the 5 way Draw ~
29 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1908: I cancelled my draw vote to take England out. He's not really here. Lets draw then.
29 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1908: I'll put my draw vote in if you want to hurry things up. If you want the creds though, feel free to take my centers.
04 Dec 18 UTC Germany, Russia, Austria, thank you that you did not NMR.
