26 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: God damn it. First phase and ENG is a no show. This kind of situation ruins the flow and dynamics of the game. It puts a great advantage to some countries while it hampers others. It is a lot easier to play FRA or GER when you don'the need to interact or negotiate with ENG. : (
26 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: A similar feeling would be had if TUR had not played. AUS and RUS then could easily agree to divide the Balkans and TUR without interface, thereby almost guaranteeing a game alliance.
26 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Set RR to 90%
26 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Well, 1 not my game. 2 doesn't help resolve or address the problem that faces us now. But that is why the opinion was incorporated.
27 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: *open frustration with Russian army in Galicia*
27 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: I apologize for not acting early everyone. I had some unexpected things come up. I am back and fully invested in the game now. Again, I apologize for any problems or annoyance that I caused
27 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Happy for your return.
03 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1904: ITY and AUS, are you telling GER that I am going to attack him?
03 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1904: I think you’re going to attack me... oh wait lol
03 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1904: ;)
04 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1904: I'm taking over England, guys. New player in town.
05 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: welcome noble spirit
05 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: England we can ally and rule the world!!!
06 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1905: Welcome
06 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: "I think the clock is slow."
06 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: ;)
14 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1908: ugh, I missed that. damn it.
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: I hope ITY comes back, not a big fan of giving a player who goes AFK for a number of turns points in a draw
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: aren't we going to keep playing until he's gone, or is there a end year?
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: Touche
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hey, new Italy here. Can I have a quick summary here?
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: Well, look at the various messages from the other countries. I will say, ITY's absence has changed the dynamic of the game.
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: AIG had an alliance from the start. We invited Russia in, and have been wiping up the board pretty quick like.

Seems like some new developments recently.
16 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: Well, the absence of ITY certainly changed things.
18 Sep 18 UTC Spring, 1909: Draw?
19 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Draw?
19 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Before I die?
19 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Ill draw!
20 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Thanks Turkey
21 Sep 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Draw?
