24 Feb 10 UTC	Autumn, 2000: [China]:Looking at the map a bit more closely, I'm pretty sure there is. Monterrey, Mexico and Columbia all distinguish between west and east coasts. Central America is the only one that doesn't - similar to Egypt. So I think the canal is there...
