23 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Ok... I've just found out I know France. I want to let you guys know, we can cancel the game or continue with my word I won't speak to him in real life about this. Your choice
23 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: I also think, if one person aasks for a cancel we cancel, if you want to do it anonymously, message me or the mods directly (by email)
23 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: If it means an auto E/F alliance against Germany then cancel, if you see how it goes and are willing to stab each other then play on
23 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: It does take a big part out of the game but it is fair enough so I can agree to that. However if it makes sense to attack Germany let's say Germany attacks Me, I think that should be fine?
23 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: you can ally with France tactically, but not if it's just because he's your friend.

If you're unsure then cancel.
23 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Yea obviously, makes sense to me
24 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Its a small world sometimes. I'm fine with it, thanks for being honest and upfront.
25 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: No worries :)
25 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1901: I'm cool with it. It's not uncommon to accidentally join a game with someone you know. I've done it twice now and had to contact the mods. But they usually don't cancel the game and instead just DC one of the players.
02 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Hi guys, I'm going trammping for the next four days, it would be rly good if I could get a pause as I won't be able to put in any moves. Sometimes people complain about the fact I shouldn't join a game if I dont have the time, problem is I do this reasonably often and therefore I could never play, so that's why I join regardless,
Thanks :)
02 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: I'm happy to pause.
02 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Fine with me.
02 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Moderator: (Szpoti): Dear P|layers,
on request of one of the players, the match has been paused till Tuesday 4.00AM UTC.
Objections to the pause should be sent to the Moderator Team at webdipmod@gmail.com.
05 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Thanks for the pause guys, I'm good to unpause now :)
05 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: You would have had 2 hours left even without the pause :P
05 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Nah i think it's a day, when I said Tuesday 4am I screwed up the conversion, should've been Monday 4am that would be 4pm my time
06 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Moderator: (Szpoti): The match has now been unpaused. Game on!
10 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: I have to wave the white flag now. Au Revior!
08 May 18 UTC Spring, 1907: New Turkey here! Looking forward to playing with you guys
15 May 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: What was I planning in the MAO?
15 May 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: actually what was I thinking last turn?
15 May 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Surely I made a mistake putting in my moves cos im not sure in what world any of my moves make sense
24 May 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Let's draw fellas
12 Jun 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: We should alliance to fight England because he want to solo the game.
12 Jun 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: I thought thats what we were doing!
14 Jun 18 UTC Spring, 1910: You and Austria are the only people who border England so even if turkey or I wanted to fight England we couldn't. I realize that England's probably going to solo but there's nothing that my 3 armies in southern Russia can do about that, especially not while you have a wall of troops between them and England. Really, all that I can do is hope that England has enough mercy for a four way draw
14 Jun 18 UTC Spring, 1910: Look, we'll see how it goes I don't know if I'll be able to or not. However if you take another player out to make it a 3 way draw I will happily draw. Ur choice which do you think has a higher chance of working
01 Jul 18 UTC England will solo this game, Good Work!
01 Jul 18 UTC I think we all knew that a while ago, apart from Turkey who was believing in the 3-way draw :)
01 Jul 18 UTC Berlin next then GG!
03 Jul 18 UTC Yeah, there was no reason for England to draw since Germany's war with the jug in the Balkans. Germany threw all of their resources that way allowing England to swoop in. I never make a long term alliance with England as Germany because England will always benefit significantly more from it, and can easily backstab their ally.
03 Jul 18 UTC Once I take over Germany, I do try my best to defend England, no point to stab Russia, but he do want more SC. that why we lose this game.
03 Jul 18 UTC Thx guys, yea, I threw in the draw thing to try and keep everyone fighting, it worked for one person and I was extremely lucky (I wasn't expecting anyone to buy it) that the 2 biggest powers on the board took the bait. Otherwise if Germany acted immediately I would've been screwed, Germany had many chances to come up and stop me but by autumn 1909 with turkey and Germany attacked each other (can someone explained why that happened?) It was too late, that said I owe my win in part to Germany missing turns.

Anyway well played everyone.

On the England thing, France is normally my preference to take out first (it all depends on press and actions on board though ofc) and then Germany and Russia at the same time. However Russia you can work with long(er) term, the rest u cant
05 Jul 18 UTC GG Everyone :)
07 Jul 18 UTC Good game
