04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: what were the moves that didn't go through, Babs?
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: i changed to bre to mao, pic to bre and bur sh bel.
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: youch.
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: I also set up a pretty good defence :-/
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: I ordered arm, smy s con - ank
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: what were your moves that didn't go through jba and fk?
05 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: I think jba's was St. Pete's to Moscow - I tried telling him it wouldn't work, but he wouldn't believe me.
05 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: You've lied to me before! :-)

Smy S Con-Ank. yeah, that's the ticket!
05 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: lol
05 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: this is extremely annoying though...
07 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: Not only are the orders like this, now no one is even talking to me? What kind of diplomacy game is this ?
07 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: Interesting!!
07 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: ...Germany has missed a crucial move :-(
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: we restarted this game 4 because of a CD and so many NMRs... now it seems we are running into a similar issue here... i find it quite discouraging honestly, that at the B level game, this is the result =(

although in truth, the first 3 games did not suffer from these issues, so maybe its just that game 4 is cursed.
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: Wow... my first NMR... how the hell did that happen?
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: Super Bowl partying? That's how I missed a turn in another game...
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: I guess... sunday was a mad-crazy day for me... I run a/v at church, and we had a special guest that needed a/v for a class in the afternoon, followed by the superbowl, then getting the kids to bed, then get to bed early cause my niece is getting tubes in her ears, so I had to wake up extra early to get the kids to school the next morning while trying to get to work on time. Meant to get on sometime during a break in there, but there really wasn't any breaks...

This is why I hate having phases less than 2 days...
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: the only thing I can say is "sorry folks... won't happen again"... it is literally my first NMR since I've started here (which is almost 2 years, now).
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: THen you're better than me :-)
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: WHO DAT!!!!
08 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1903: sorry, no internet at home over the weekend hence my silence.

babs - i don't mean to ignore you, please check your inbox shortly =)
10 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1903: alamothe - a pleasure playing a few games with you - sorry to see you bow out... specially as AH and R run the table on us ;)

on another note... bent, if you were a man, i'd say what a 'ballsy' move... two stabs in one season... well done!
11 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1903: good playing with you alamothe.

babs - yeah, dicey decisions, which i'm sure i'm going to regret. can't really seem to get on top of this game. damn real life breaking my concentration!
12 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1904: hey all - would yall mind a pause for a couple days? i'm going out of town and likely to not have internet connection. i would be back on wdnesday at the latest.
12 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1904: The Mardis Gras pause is acceptable :-)
12 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1904: Pause, babs?
12 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1904: no problemo
17 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1904: "fellow dippers, come join a Ghost-rating-challenge World Map game (WTA - anonymous - 100ish points)... come to this thread:
http://webdiplomacy.net/forum.php?viewthread=536384#536384"
17 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1904: k, i'm back sorry about that. i appreciate the pause yall.
22 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1905: sorry about lack of comm and brief comm. Stomach bug hit and I'm not doing do hot...
22 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 1905: same here, apologies for being quiet. i have been sick and busy with work and home.
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: what's up with the draw vote, LG?
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: nevermind. I'm surprised Babs isn't also putting in the same draw vote ;)
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: hey all, i am busy and will be out of town, so i'm having a sitter run my affairs for a bit starting today. i'm sure he'll do a fine job, and i'll keep yall posted about when i'll be back - hopefully in about a week.

thanks!
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: sitter here, ready to go
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: welcome... umm... who is the sitter? MM I presume?
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: I'm djbent's proxy, so for all intents and purposes, it's still djbent. I won't finalize early, to minimize my impact on the game and maximize djbent's impact. I've been given my marching orders and will carry them out until djbent's return.
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: hehe. I guess we can't use blackmail on him! :-)
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: or her!
26 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 1905: I just thought I'd share my great achievement with y'all.

I've just finished my League C2 Autumn 2009. I finished it with ZERO points and ZERO SCs, without ever going CD!!!

It MUST be some kind of record!!!! Yay Me!
01 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1906: is russia going to nmr??
01 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1906: no :-)
01 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1906: nick of time, then, eh? (much to my chagrin) ;)
05 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: Wow. Massive lied to, tied up on the floor, being fucked with a baseball bat stabbed.
05 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: Umm... you can't say that none of us have warned you, dude. Holding the grudge against me was your downfall.
05 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: ok yall, i am back. sorry about all that, but i really needed a break. i think this will be my last league game, and i'll be winding down my other games as well - i just don't have the free time right now =( boo!
07 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: Great game everyone; it was an honor to have shared the field w/ you all - including ag (who I hope is ok) and jbalcorn - although he's probably never going to forgive me.
07 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: That includes you alamothe.
08 Mar 10 UTC I really think LG won this one... don't want to draw, but it's better than nothing I suppose...
08 Mar 10 UTC good game all, it was fun playing with yall. take care - i don't think i'll be participating in the leagues next season and will be drastically reducing my webdip play b/c of real life concerns.
