27 Jan 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Western-Canada]:Which one? The northern or the southern one? :P
27 Jan 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Western-Canada]:Or the central one? :P
28 Jan 10 UTC Spring, 2005: [Quebec]:I don't think the retreat line is quite as assertive!
29 Jan 10 UTC Spring, 2005: [Libya]:because its pink?
29 Jan 10 UTC Spring, 2005: [Western-Canada]:I think it does a nice style with the two others who run in opposite directions.
31 Jan 10 UTC Autumn, 2005: [Libya]:holy crap, so many lines
03 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:What's up with Russia not issuing any orders anymore yet not going CD?
03 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:LINES
03 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Libya]:that was slick antarctica, forget to put convoy orders?
03 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:[Antarctica]no it got bounced :( by Quebec
03 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:As predicted. Thought I was stupid enough to believe your "Oh, whoops, I meant to support you but I accidentally moved, just like I accidentally moved my whole fleet into the Pacific after agreeing not to go there"? Your lying ways actually gave me the time I needed to move my forces back into defensible positions.
03 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:[Antarctica] you clearly are in capable of thought maybe there more going then you realize. also if you had actually believed any of that you would a) would have been in the first year b) you continued to tell me what you were planing. it was obvious it was going to bounce i wasn't surprised at all. i even considered not moving to Mexico as it been clear you and Quebec are working together and letting him move in and take the center but all that does is give him the center and he clearly the more intelligent player of the two of you
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:No, I knew you were coming, it was pretty obvious. Does that mean I should have sent all of my forces back right away? No. I could and should have moved some of them differently, though, but giving China free reign over the arctic is not what *I* would qualify as smart, whatever you would have done. It also doesn't make you any less of a dirt bag. As for Mexico, it was a calculated risk, and I would have rather had Quebec take it then let you. After all, I'm not the only one to have stakes here, you'd be foolish to think we'd let you have a rampant army roaming in North America.
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:who said i was ever going to be easy to get control over a single center and if you don't want china in the arctic why are you leaving open for him to move into. that's what i said you knew and i knew it i was making the point if you hadn't know then you would be dead because anyone could have figured it out.
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:Because Quebec can secure it now, and because I've moved my fleets to the other places they were needed. Ain't because I needed to do it while you were on your way that I still do. You view things in a way too linear and simplistic way... Single path, absolute truths and universally "good" or "bad" moves. You assume to know everything that's going on, and call the other stupid for not doing what you would have done? Give me a break. You boast about your game record on the private channel, and yet you only won a single game, and lost the majority of them. In the same spirit, you treat me like a newb, ignoring that I actually played on this map on Goondip and did fairly well before it was brought down. I've never seen such an asshat in any of the games I played in.
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:i never said a thing about my record i only claimed that i had played i significant number of games and quite a few of those loses were cd takeovers that were in a near hopeless citation just because i thought it would be fun to see how long i last. i never said your moves were bad and i don't say i know every thing that's going on. my whole point this time has been you seem to think that because i can't take your centers that you have bested me. when you in fact haven't you cant gain centers you cant move out of your own territories i can. you can sit there till the end of the game for all i care with your 8 centers while everyone around continues to gain centers
04 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:citation should have said situation
05 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:What is up with Russia? How can he not go CD after so many missed turns? Why did he stop giving out orders right after backstabbing me... -.-
05 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Quebec]:I can't be certain, but it may be that if he's even logging in it doesn't count him as CD. A CD is always unfortunate, but for better or for worse, I don't think it will make that much of a difference in a few turns.
06 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [Western-Canada]:I missed a turn? Damnit!!!!!!!!
06 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [Western-Canada]:This is horrible...
08 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Western-Canada]:Supporting yourself into Brazil might be a good idea, now. Mexico is all yours, you can try to bounce him in Texas too. As long as I keep my original core until they can be pushed back.
08 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [China]:....Oops :) Not meant to be global, eh?
10 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2008: [Western-Canada]:spring retreats? Did I just miss two full turns?
10 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2008: [Western-Canada]:I mean, 1. I did. I missed a full turn. Again. The hell... I guess I'm used to 1.5 day phases? Or not? I really have no idea, too busy for this shit this session I guess.
10 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2008: [Western-Canada]:Hmmm, had i checked before taking a nap, or anything this morning while I was rushing to finish an assignment, I woulda been there on time...
15 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Western-Canada]:Well, that feels good.
16 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:And then there were (counts) eight! So . . . anybody up for a draw? :)
16 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:As the guy with next to the smallest number of SCs left, yes! ;)
16 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Frozen-Antarctica]:[Antarctica] not quite yet nobody is even all that close to getting half of the number of centers to win
16 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:Hence the joke. :) Although a draw would make a bit more sense with fewer players . . . (evil grin)
22 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Western-Canada]:I like the lines. They are colourful.
22 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Western-Canada]:I also like how Kenya is 95% composed of armies... The absurdity of this game is delicious.
22 Feb 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Ghana]:bug alert - it's telling me I can retreat to Mozambique Channel
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Western-Canada]:Hold fest has started...
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:Come now, that's an exaggeration; at least three units moved last turn!
24 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Western-Canada]:3 out of... how many? :P
26 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Brazil]:Well, I'm officially dead...
26 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Brazil]:Cani just hold my little fleet in Recife? hat's all I'm asking.
28 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Brazil]:fuck you Antarctica. Simply...
03 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2014: [Quebec]:Well, I'm ready for the next turn, I don't know what the rest of you are waiting for. Beware the Quebecois counter-offensive, the storm is about to be unleashed!
03 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2014: [Frozen-Antarctica]:i got my long list of orders and well i don't want to make any mistakes
03 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2014: [Kenya]:Don't you mean any more mistakes... ;)
04 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Frozen-Antarctica]:i haven't a clue what you could possibly be referring to...
07 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Quebec]:Wait . . . the convoy from Great Britain to Rio failed? When are my soldiers going to be able to take their summer vacation?
07 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Frozen-Antarctica]:i thought Great Britain was quit nice in the summer why did you send them away then if anything why not send them somewhere south for a winter vacation
08 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2016: [Frozen-Antarctica]:anyone want to help convoy my army from syo to Great Britain
08 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2016: [Quebec]:Anyone want to help convoy my army from Great Britain to Syowa?
16 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2019: [Quebec]:Guys, I may need a little more time for this turn--I've got a lot of moves to think through.
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2019: [China]:Just finalize your holds y'all and we can draw!
