19 Oct 16 UTC gg wp ... capt, why did you stab me man xD we could've made a draw happen (I think) :p
19 Oct 16 UTC GG guys! Sorry, Riot. I debated whether to stab, and I usually don't stab good allies, but you were just so exposed and out of position to stop me. I figured that if I did, I'd probably solo.
19 Oct 16 UTC Congratulations on being the biggest imbecile I have ever had the misfortune of playing with, Russia. We had stalemates secured on multiple occasions before you managed to come running into the middle of the room like a child that's seen some candy and knock the entire table over. Repeatedly.

I hope that window tastes nice.
19 Oct 16 UTC Good game all. Brutal stab by Austria after Italy helped you in to Turkey...

Russia, why did you move all of your units towards Germany instead of stopping Austria?
19 Oct 16 UTC Also, Capt. Brad ... You really made it easy for me to win by hurting Italy and generally playing selfishly despite having nowhere to build. What's the point? It's a winner take all game. You need to pay more attention.
19 Oct 16 UTC ^this
19 Oct 16 UTC No hard feelings, MM. I left myself open because I figured if you stabbed me, it would still be easy to make a line. Which it was. Until Russia thought he was playing 52 card pickup instead of Diplomacy. Alas, one can't predict such things - merely chalk them down to a bad education system in the American schooling system. ;)
19 Oct 16 UTC It was a brutal stab, especially after him helping me, I know. As I said, I usually don't stab, but I've found that that often leads to a multi player draw. If I couldn't just walk into Venice and Rome, like I did, I probably wouldn't have stabbed as it's generally not in my nature to do so.
19 Oct 16 UTC ah well ... Munich is the cultural center of the world now, thanks to the french, italian, russian and austrian influences it got xD ... And right now, I'm just glad I had survived. Don't know why russia didn't try to stalemate, but russia had some really surprising moves that did let me lose some ground in skandinavia.
19 Oct 16 UTC Makes sense. I was surprised as I was thinking that this I/A is one of the best I've seen and it is in a gunboat game.

HR, if only you hadn't helped MM into Turkey...
19 Oct 16 UTC Even as late S1912 we could've had a three way draw with him taking Sweden (because Austria left Livonia) and just holding Munich whilst I held Tunis. Alas.
19 Oct 16 UTC I don't understand why Russia moved on you in the first place Kakarroto... Austria was stalled long enough to make some advances I thought.
19 Oct 16 UTC Sadly, it was a great I/AH alliance, and I usually value great alliances very highly.
19 Oct 16 UTC Nothing Russia did after about 1908 made any sense whatsoever.
19 Oct 16 UTC I would go further and say nothing after Russia did after 1906 made any sense
19 Oct 16 UTC And hey; I was enjoying the alliance, arj. Clearly I should've taken Belgium that turn so I got a build, but meh. I still could've solo'd after the initial Austrian stab when I got that build in Naples up until Russia stabbed me the first time - then it was still a locked on draw until Russia attacked me for the second, third, fourth, and fifth times.
19 Oct 16 UTC ah well. First I thought I could ally with france, then with russia. But it seems like I can't pick good alliances xD
19 Oct 16 UTC I kind of wrecked France there... :p
19 Oct 16 UTC yeah, and then he attacked me while I was working on england. makes sense if he is under italian attack? Ah well. I too have stupid ideas that can work in my mind sometimes xD
19 Oct 16 UTC I do wish you'd taken Munich back earlier. Would've let me get in position against Turkey and England faster and probably have a unit spare in the centre so that Austria couldn't stroll through me quite so easily...
19 Oct 16 UTC I thought you did take Bel that turn? And yeah I guess that makes sense. But until then it was a stay of my way I will stay out of yours alliance. I don't think Austria had helped you in anywhere yet so I didn't see the reasoning behind you helping Austria in to Turkey but I digress.

I must say that was the fastest I have ever seen Italy take over France.
19 Oct 16 UTC The longer I left Austria there the higher the chance that he turned around and attacked me instead, haha
19 Oct 16 UTC the problem there was that I was fighting england and france at the same time, also I thought that austria or you italy could trick me if I'm playing it not safe, so I wasn't in position to really take it back earlier. But yeah, there were many thoughts in my mind at that time and I tried to outwit everyone (including myself it seems :p )
19 Oct 16 UTC Pleasure playing with you all! gg
19 Oct 16 UTC yeah it was fun. I'm just a bit sad that you didn't want to ally with me as france :)
19 Oct 16 UTC This was my first Gunboat...didnt understand how to create an lliance really and France/England immediately made moves on me. It was a tough opening but hats off to Italy for playing it so well lol
19 Oct 16 UTC yeah, understandable. I too was in my first gunboat "oh, everyone is going for me, nobodys friendly, WHY DID YOU ATTACK ME uaaahrg", but after some games it went better. Hope to see you more often then :)
19 Oct 16 UTC hey everybody! had a good time? I did :)
19 Oct 16 UTC i will confess to going off the rails in 1905. I should have left the army in liverpool once i had the fleet in edinburgh. then set the line in the east instead of taking on germany. but i saw italy gobbling up the west and austria the east. meh...
19 Oct 16 UTC anyone available?? gameID=184210
19 Oct 16 UTC sorry, in the middle of a game right now. and yeah, you should've let germany your sweet little ally xD
19 Oct 16 UTC kaki, if i had known it was you..., still you survived in sweden
19 Oct 16 UTC And if italy didn't keep blocking me to tyrolia, i could have beaten back the austrian assault!!!
19 Oct 16 UTC yeah, I'm glad I did. anyway, the game was fun (well, not the stab part, but the tactical part), you made some moves that surprised me (like the one where you attacked in scandinavia) :)
19 Oct 16 UTC after the third time, i just figured to take out italy
19 Oct 16 UTC the coup was the first army into edinburgh. that was fantastic!!
19 Oct 16 UTC nya. at least I got sweden and have a good life, even in my 90's xD
