05 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1901: gameID=179374 1 day to start. World. 5 ppl need.
05 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: 2 afks. So nice.
05 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Sorry about that
08 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1903: Russia getting to strong. we must work together to weaken.
08 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: Nope, I am it the one who attacked France, tricked Germany and looking for peace
11 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: if we do not work together this turn, russia will be at 9. hell be getting close to too big to fail
11 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: Are you crazy? I'm looking to settle in a draw , your the one causing all the chaos
14 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: I'm done, can't fight the world esp w a new Turk
14 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: New Turkey is here to fight.
14 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: Yea yea Johnny come lately....enjoy
14 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: I mean, I'm all for taking over CD's
14 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: Russia, don't get mad at those of us that pick up CD's. We aren't the ones that left the game and caused the situation.
15 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1907: Looks like Russia might CD out.
16 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Anyone know if it's possible to kick Russia out? He's not submitting orders and just dragging his feet
16 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Nope
17 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1908: congratulations everyone! together we all have defeated Russia. I commend and thank all of you, only our combined efforts could have done this
18 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: Wow...in two years, Russia went from a 9 SC giant to defeated. That just says how unpredictable Diplomacy can be.
19 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1909: Draw after we defeat France?
19 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1909: Draw after we defeat France?
19 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1909: no chance
19 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1909: I only ask because I'm in a lot of games right now and would like to wind down some if I can.
20 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1910: Alright guys. I'll even admit it. I think all that can come from this is a draw. I've already voted for one
21 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1910: I'm going to agree with England here, but can we at least cut France out of a draw?
21 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1910: why you gotta be like that
21 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1910: I mean, I'd like to let the little guy get his (d) points back, but he's basically done after this turn (at the most, next turn)
21 Jun 16 UTC Autumn, 1910: Alright. Let's vote for this draw. Nothing can happen now. The whole board is a stalemate
21 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1911: Ok Italy, it's all on you now. The rest of us have it as a draw.
21 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1911: I'm not quite ready to draw. I feel it's premature to state that "nothing can happen now". This is diplomacy after all...the whole point of the game is to talk, make alliances, and pit people against each other. Let's make sure it's truly a stalemate before we call it that just yet.
21 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1911: squish the traitor
22 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1911: I think what Germany means is that given the current alliances (Italy-Ottoman vs. Anglo-German), the game will effectively grind down to a stalemate. Spain will be retaken (given that England has the units to retake it), and English armies can prevent a breakthrough in Munich.
22 Jun 16 UTC Spring, 1911: We're effectively stuck
22 Jun 16 UTC I went ahead and drew. I was banking on Germany stabbing England for Sweden like he said, but I didn't think he had it in him (which proved right). With that not happening this game is stuck. Great game all, hope you play you again down the road.
22 Jun 16 UTC My EoG: I didn't think that I'd get anything out of a 3 SC Turkey on the verge of being steamrolled by the Russian bear. Sometimes things work out though, and the alliance with Italy helped to carve up Russia and whittle this game to 4 players. My special thanks to Germany and England for a game well played.
