As the victors of the Mediterranean lands, I believe a speech is necessary... I must say, this wasn't an easy win. The Greeks, holding on even with death at their doors. And the men of Carthage, fighting the Roman and Persian hordes until the bitter end in Leptis. But let us not forget the Egyptians, who fought for survival, even though their end seemed eminent. The attack on Sicilia is not one I will forget, that is for sure. And Persia. The most loyal of all companions in this war. I tip my hat to you, sir! And to the ones left in the winds of time, I say thank you for the challenge you have to the Roman and Persian empires. If it wasn't for you, this would not of been a victory worth talking of.
