28 Jan 16 UTC GG. Well fought Germany.
28 Jan 16 UTC Well played guys. Nice working with you austria and turkey
28 Jan 16 UTC GG, wp
28 Jan 16 UTC why did you kept stabbing at me at the start in mar and munich though italy :/

made life so difficult for me
28 Jan 16 UTC shouldve bounced russia in sil though, then I probably wouldve come on top against england. silly mistake to let him into sil and ber
28 Jan 16 UTC gg all, especially england. i'm glad germany survived, he fought well. finally, congratulations, italy! you outguessed me twice. very clever
28 Jan 16 UTC anyways perfect timing on your stab there england, was a fun fight
28 Jan 16 UTC That was the point germany. We had a strong england and turkey i wanted to ensure that i survived. Thus making you collapse would put the balance of power in englands hands forcing turkey to team up with me.
28 Jan 16 UTC im glad i managed to survive though, fitting ending like this i feel
28 Jan 16 UTC I might have been able to finish off Germany, but I think he deserved to be in it. Wouldn't be worth the extra time and effort.
28 Jan 16 UTC yeah ok fair enough italy, that makes sense
28 Jan 16 UTC Thanks turkey. You played well too.
28 Jan 16 UTC im not sure england, i dont think u could finish me without severely risking the turkish solo. he could take 3 italian centers at pretty much any point. very risky to come for me and it would cost you 2 years probably in the current setting.
28 Jan 16 UTC but thanks for drawing and including me regardless
28 Jan 16 UTC Indeed Germany, a very tentative *might*. Better to get on with the rest of the day. :)
28 Jan 16 UTC I agree with germany there. I cant see you england getting paris, without the east collapsing
28 Jan 16 UTC since i'm new to the game and this website, how do you sense the right time to support someone else when there's no in-game communication?
28 Jan 16 UTC i saw people supporting each other's moves from the get-go and i was really impressed how you did it without communicating with each other...
28 Jan 16 UTC Good game all. I tried to fight it out as long as I could, but I think I messed up when I attacked both turkey and russia.

Shoutout to Italy for being the kindest neighbor I've had in this game. I'm glad I died when I did thoufh. Needed to go to class.
28 Jan 16 UTC If your unit has nothing better to do, it's a free order. Sometimes you can anticipate what your opponent might want to do, and if it also works for you, give it a shot. Sometimes you can just imagine your opponents units as being yours and issue orders that way--as long as you don't sabotage yourself in the process.
28 Jan 16 UTC So basically you've seen me get 3 builds immediately and simultaneously decided to stab me along with Germany and Italy?
28 Jan 16 UTC Who me? England stab France? I had to commit three units in Scandinavia. I got lucky stealing Portugal and then rolled from there.
28 Jan 16 UTC I mean you entered the English channel supported by North Sea in the Spring of 1902 even though my moves were (in my opinion) clearly against Germany and Italy.

28 Jan 16 UTC I'm England. That's the English Channel. MY CHANNEL, SEE? ;)

My early game was mostly biding my time while the dust settled on the continent. Then I pounced! Typical perfidious Albion.
28 Jan 16 UTC I guess that's also a valuable lesson... There are natural enemies in Diplomacy :D
28 Jan 16 UTC Yes, a typical game breaks down into England/France/Germany fighting in the west and Austria/Turkey fighting in the east with Italy and Russia playing favorites from weaker positions.
28 Jan 16 UTC Can't complain about that, you proved to be right. Especially in these no messages type of games.
28 Jan 16 UTC Yeah france pushing at me in 1902 wasnt a good move from my perspective. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and move to protect myself from the east but i was in a position where if you moved on me, i could defend myself. I think if you want to move on italy as france, better to first move mar to spain and then west med and north africa. This way you can make it seem like you are moving on england. Italy normally doesnt get a build in 1902 when they team up with austria i find in a gunboat game.
28 Jan 16 UTC Austria glad you enjoyed my friendly behaviour. You played well to just hang on in this game
