29 Feb 16 UTC | fck this game. |
29 Feb 16 UTC | germany ruined it completely |
29 Feb 16 UTC | Germany chose himself and France as winners in round one. Just because France decided to take out Germany doesn't mean Germany couldn't help France achieve the glory on his way out. Vive la France. |
29 Feb 16 UTC | Thanks ukraine and later on egypt for the support |
29 Feb 16 UTC | Hey this was not a Winner takes it all game ??? Stealth Mode 1 days /phase (normal) Pot: 200 D - Autumn, 2009, Finished Modern Diplomacy II, No in-game messaging, Anonymous players, Sum-of-Squares Scoring, Hidden draw votes |
29 Feb 16 UTC | ur welcome;_) |
29 Feb 16 UTC | On this site , all games are WTA. Just the method for draws is different. I fell in that same trap earlier ;) |
29 Feb 16 UTC | no no, it should not be like that IMHO |
29 Feb 16 UTC | It is not WTA because I just finished a WTA game and the message posted was: The game has ended: You survived until the end, but because this is a winner takes all game you got no points returned. Better luck next time! Now in this game it simply said France got 200 for winning so logically you get your points back? |
29 Feb 16 UTC | In the rules it says: "Sum-Of-Squares (SoS) This is a centre-based scoring system. In a draw, each player gets a proportion of the pot scaled by their centre count:" So only in a draw the points are divided, not when there's an outright winner! |
29 Feb 16 UTC | Aaah, I thought also then. Thanks for explaining ! |
