01 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Bonjour!
01 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Ooh, I'll say hello in my country's language too! What does England speak - oh. Oh well.

Hello.
01 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Lol. Hey.
01 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Hello all
02 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Hello all- sorry for the late arrival. Had internet troubles... I'm not ignoring any of you ;)
04 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1902: Sorry, been distracted from this game for the past day or so...
05 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1902: So this what it feels like to be paralyzed ?
10 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Sorry, not ignoring anyone's messages, promise. Got busy the past few days.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Germany, why are you giving England all your centers? Looks very strange to me.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: "Giving" isn't exactly the word I'd use...
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: haha. this looks like England vs Turkey to see who can get 18 first
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: They both have a long ways to go to 18 Sc's..........enough with the sky is falling crap!
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: It might as well be over now.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: I'm with Russia on this. France and Germany both need to realize England is running away with this game.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Yeah my bet is on England. He's going to build this winter and then take the channel and MAO
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Russia, neither Turkey nor I are even halfway to eighteen yet. I still have eleven to go - and that's kind of a lot.

We get it. You're losing land in the north to me and Turkey's been gobbling up the south for a while. You have a lot to gain from trying to rally everyone against Turkey and I.

But really - we see what it is. A plain and naked desire for survival, shrouded in unfounded fear-mongering against a far-off solo.

Seriously. Take up the bugle when either of us actually becomes a significant solo threat.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Bugle call is now sounding. England will build 3 taking him to 10. How many centers does it take to be a solo threat? I have no illusions of my own survival. I fucked up my orders the one turn I could have taken Norway.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Here is a solution. Small countries like Germany and Austria stop attacking each other (we already discussed) and unite in the proverbial "grand alliance with
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Here is a solution. Small countries like Germany and Austria stop attacking each other  (we already discussed) and unite in the proverbial "grand alliance" with the beleaguered Russia, and the more than capable France and Italy.  We all go after Turkey and England. Simple.  Who's in?  I've got one (very powerful) unit to bring.

Somewhat more realistically,  F/E are crushing us (G/A/R) from one side and I/T from the other.  It is a race to victory and a wait out to see who stabs who.   Seems a very normal Diplomacy game to me.
11 Sep 15 UTC Spring, 1904: And I got talked into a juggernaut by Turkey only to be promptly stabbed. So I have played poorly for sure and my shame lingers with each turn.. But this is full press Diplomacy. And yes I am stirring the pot and having a bit of fun while I wait for the game to be over
