France: I was pretty impressed that you immediately started to support me against Austria, once I moved my troops out. Especially that shindig that you did in Marseilles. I wish I would have wised up to Austria's potential sooner than I did, and maybe it would have been a different game.

After I got to benefit from Turkey going CD, it was a matter of rushing west and trying to pierce the stalemate lines in Germany and Italy before England and France could get into a position where they could help effectively. France was very quick to respond, but had to maneuver around Italian-held SCs and that made its job much harder.
