25 Jun 15 UTC | Spring, 1: Welcome all. As you can see the first round of orders are due by 9pm Friday. Saving them works, readying just means if everyone is ready the turn will progress sooner. Let the games begin! |
25 Jun 15 UTC | Spring, 1: Oh, and just so everyone knows, to gain a center you have to be occupying it come winter. |
26 Jun 15 UTC | Spring, 1: So how does one move a boat if one wants to get to an island? *ahem* completely hypothetically, of course.... |
26 Jun 15 UTC | Spring, 1: So if say...Greece wants Crete. He can A) move his fleet from Sparta to the Aegean Sea or Messenian Sea, and then to Crete the following turn. Or B) move his fleet to the Aegean, and then convoy an army from Athens the next turn. If you guys don't undwrstand convoying, I'd recommend you look it up. |

26 Jun 15 UTC | Spring, 1: Fleets can move to sea, island and coastal tiles it is adjacent to. In this hypothetical I would recommend moving your fleet to an adjacent sea tile then moving to the island you want to take. |
29 Jun 15 UTC | Autumn, 1: Hey wait! So if I move out of Numidia I don't get an army for it? |
29 Jun 15 UTC | Autumn, 1: "Thu 12 AM Spring, 1: Oh, and just so everyone knows, to gain a center you have to be occupying it come winter." |
29 Jun 15 UTC | Autumn, 1: I screwed that up as well when I first played. |
07 Jul 15 UTC | Autumn, 3: Some people are having trouble understanding Convoying Brian, could you explain how it works since you know more than I do. |
23 Jul 15 UTC | Spring, 5: Alright, I don't see anyway this doesn't play out as a draw. |
23 Jul 15 UTC | Spring, 5: nvm, I remembered I'm going to win. |
28 Jul 15 UTC | Spring, 6: Hey, I think we should vote to pause it because both Carthage and I won't have access this weekend...and I'm not sure if he'll be able to put orders this turn. If he can then wait until WED night to pause. |
