20 Mar 15 UTC Spring, 1901: The Great Russian Empire declares the provinces of Norway, Sweden and Denmark to be under her Sphere of Influence. Any action on the part of any Great Power which we perceive as threatening to our interests in the region will be taken as an act of war and will be responded to in kind.
21 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: The Great Nation of Italy is proclaiming complete friendship with Russia and promises to standby them at all costs
21 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: The Magnificent Sultan acknowledges the claims of the Tzar of Russia, and lays his own claim upon all the coasts of the Aegean! May these regions forever flourish under his reign!
21 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I will stand up to Putin and his claims on the entire world. Us Germans do not believe in world domination and are a peaceful race.
22 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: my name is Austria and I'm an alcoholic
22 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: ^

25 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1902: Greetings
13 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Welp. There goes another missed turn for Italy.
13 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Well England, Germany missed his last movement phase, and Italy has left entirely. With this trend, I would like to purpose we go for a two-way draw. This game has been too rife with leaves and missed phases. I don't see any point in taking a win. I'm just going to get to 17 and wait for you to get to 17, and we can draw.
13 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Can we please just draw this game now?
13 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Also, sorry about the whole, "We're going to chop you to bits and feast on your remains" thing.
13 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Can we just draw for three as you guys planned anyway?
13 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Eh. I'd at least like to get to 17. I'll hit that first. If you don't want to go through the extra motions of getting yourself to 17 that's fine. Germany isn't in civil disorder yet anyways, so he'd have to vote.
14 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1908: New Italy here. Who goes to 17 is Italy now, ok?? The Italian Age of Prosperity has come (or not -.-)
16 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1909: I believe a three way draw is desirable for ouro beloved Europe.
16 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1909: Our.
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: Germany, I need to hear from you: Are you ok with a three way draw??
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: i am
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: So please put the draw button on please.
And Turkey. Now it's your turn to decide it. I am not in position to force it, but I see nobody able to win solo here.
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: Did you join just hoping for a draw ?
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: Italy, Edi to NAO is not purely defensive, I'm just going to go ahead and chat in global since it doesn't matter. It is obviously lining up to go back to the Med and leave itself undefended - an untenable idea unless you are hoping for a German alliance.

I have given you no reason to feel threatened. I am changing that now, since you don't seem to respond to friendliness. I am going to take Tunis. Your fleets WILL return to the Northern seas or I will CONTINUE to take your supply centers.
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: To Turkey: I had four fleets in the north seas and NONE in the mediterranean. Don't blame me for balancing a little bit. Two in each side and that's no aggression to any of you.

If you start taking my centers, I will be compelled to react, which is not good for neither of us, since it will open a way for Germany to win.

To Germany: when I join/start any game, I try (1st) not to lose and (2nd) to maximize gains. I see that we are quite balanced because I cannot help Turkey kill you and I cannot help you conquer Turkey because either way I fail the 1st objective. And the second.
16 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: And I do not see a way for me to win solo. I propose a draw because I see no strategic alternative.
17 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: This not a purely tactical game. 'Balance' is not an advantage. My fleets could've taken Tunis for 2 years now. The strategic advantage of an alliance is greater than the tactical choice of gaining a supply center. While this is a winner take all, 2 player draws are not uncommon. You do not seem to value this, as the previous Italy did, however, which is why I imparting tactical punishment on you. You WILL comply or you will continue to suffer tactical losses. This is nonnegotiable. If you 'must react' so be it, but by the end of the next year I will have more and better placed fleets than you, and I don't have to worry about undefended SCs on my rear. I would take my gamble any day.

You have two 'musts'. You can defy me after I have given you considerable trust and charity, and surely die, or you can gamble on me drawing at 17 centers, should you be able to best Germany, which only has you 'likely' dying. You decide which 'must' is more pressing.
17 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: This is called blackmail. I am working on setting up defenses, against whoever decides to attack me. Fair enough, isn't it? If you decide to declare war on me, it's up to you. And I will obviously have to react.
17 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: Blackmail, ultimatum, extortion - call it what you will, the difference is semantics, my terms existed regardless.

Thank you for not trying to into the Mediterranean. I will continue to work in tandem with you now, if that is what you still want.
17 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: I see how thankful you are when I look at Tunis. If you really want to cooperate, you should start by giving me back Tunis and, obviously, not building a fleet.
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1910: So, Italy, what is your plan of action? Hold on your SCs each turn? I don't think that will result in Germany's defeat.
22 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1911: So yeah. I'd just like to draw and get this game over with. Italy's had a draw vote for some time now. Germany?
25 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1913: This is the most boring game ever.
