20 Nov 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: game over man Y2K gonna kill webDip
20 Nov 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Florida you get a second chance at this. For god sakes, vote Gore!
20 Nov 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Don't fuck this up Florida I swear to god...
30 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2001: Has anyone heard from Peru, Cuba, or Texas recently? If it gets down to the wire and they still haven't put in orders, should we contact the mods to force a pause? A single NMR isn't a huge deal but 3 on the same turn and so close together is a bit of a bigger deal.
30 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2001: I have some obligations to take care of and will be away from the computer for the rest of the phase, so I'm putting in a pause vote in case those three don't show up in the next two hours.
30 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2001: I am here but I agree with you re: the other two,
30 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2001: Peru delivered. Pity about cuba
30 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2001: sorry, i'm back, i haven't been on webdip too often this Thanksgiving break :\
03 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: Sorry for the NMR guys, it won't happen again. I still plan on solo'ing this game :)
12 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 2003: Aah, curse your sudden yet inevitable betrayal Cali.
12 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: great time for me to miss orders
12 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: Yep. Everything is going Cali's way this game.
12 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: bloody finals
12 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: The United States of California?
12 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: Dont go down-playing Flori-bbean. ;)
12 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: This is further proof of Global Warming
17 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 2004: Aw shit I actually missed a turn
17 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 2004: Guys, I am not going to complete my orders because I will be travelling all day today and most of tomorrow and do not want to miss a phase/not have a chance to talk. So, I will just wait this retreat phase out and hopefully have at least 24hours of the next phase to talk. Sorry for the delay
17 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 2004: It is absolutely unforgiveable. I think you need to immediately hand back all my SCs as penance!

:)
19 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Alrighty. I'm back

Don't take my silence personally guys
20 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: crap 4 hours late

sorry everyone flightdelayed 15 hours
25 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: Merry Christmas all!
25 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: Merry Christmas!!
26 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: Yay! Merry Christmas!
07 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2007: Yikes. If Peru goes CD that will certainly change the game massively
08 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2007: And there he goes..
09 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2007: Up to you guys what to do, but I vote cancel, then draw in every CD game I play. No worries if you big boys want to draw, though
09 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2008: Can't say i really love the idea of a cancel this deep in to the game. Funny feeling we won't get another Peru though, that's a pretty rough position to inherit.
09 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2008: Seeing as this was a free game to begin with and how far into we are anyway, canceling seems like a really poor option.
09 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2008: Was it free? I'd forgotten. Drawing then perhaps.
12 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2008: Anybody mind terribly if i get a pause starting this coming Friday until the following Saturday? Doing some travelling and not sure how accessible internet is going to be.
12 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2008: Fine by me, if I'm still around
13 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2008: Thanks guys. I know some of you don't check in that often, so appreciate if you could set your pause vote now so i can just finalize it before i leave.
15 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: NY is gone after this year. I will vote draw next Spring. Feel free to keep playing if you must Cal.
15 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: Don't count out NY yet, I have full confidence he can thwart death yet again. Drag that fleet into Philidelphia!!
15 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: Well if you aren't going to play because of the CD then there no particular need to cut me out frankly
15 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: This was headed towards a 4-way draw cd or no cd. The only thing that may have changed is who the 4 players are.
20 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: Anyone hear back from Cali yet?
20 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: Wait, my bad, they said next Saturday.
24 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2009: Thanks everybody!
29 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2009: Your move Cal. My vote is up
29 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2009: Nice try.
30 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2009: Good game folks. This was a fun one!
30 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2009: Oops, I nearly missed that phase. Wouldn't that have been embarrassing.
07 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 2011: Damn it. So sorry everyone. I had internet connection issues and had failed to put in orders earlier.
18 Feb 15 UTC Seems you guys wore be down. I really couldn't understand why there was such a resistance against the simple three-way draw but once my ally randomly stabbed me it ensured Heartland couldn't be eliminated and with Florida resisting removing Mexico my hands were tied.

TheReinvented - Nothing personal, no denying you were a solid player and only suffered because you were a central nation surrounded by other solid players. I only got stuck on eliminating you because in this particular one you got (mostly) out played and felt the victory over you was deserved. Unfortunately that never came to be due to my good partner to the south.

Guak - Great play also, but there really were plenty of pretty straight forward and simple opportunities you passed up. I think you got a little lazy with the four-way draw nonsense.

LittleSoldierBoy - You happily rode my coattails throughout the game and then sabotaged the end because school work was piling up and you wanted a fast draw. Pretty dicky. I happily defended you throughout the game when others wanted you gone and were claiming you undeserving, but then you go and halphazardly stab me to speed things to a cheap and easy resolution. Guak was pretty right, you're a bit of a turd. Congradulations, you managed to win yourself a draw worse then what you easily would have otherwise gotten. That takes talent.
18 Feb 15 UTC I am surprised you actually agreed to the 4'way. I did get a bit lazy, and it is largely because I have been reducing my level of activity on the site due to my current workload
18 Feb 15 UTC I won't deny I got a little lazy at the end for the same reason quak did, but I honestly did not see a better outcome and I stand by my actions. I took my chance at a small stab, which according to VillageIdiot they might have given me the territory anyway to keep me helping, in order to feel more secure and guard against what I felt was the inevitable solo shot you'd take if you did manage to defeat Heartland. Your constant belittling and name calling during negotiation didn't help either.
18 Feb 15 UTC On a different note, I didn't care too much for this variant (or the Modern one for that matter), so while I'm not going to be joining any games soon, whenever I finally do I think I'm going to stick with classic
19 Feb 15 UTC You're kidding, right? That 'bit of a turd' comment was the strongest name calling you ever got from me. Oy vie, my head hurts.
