Game drawn
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: Really, I think that you'll have your part all under control. StP > Mos, of course, and attacking Tun with North Africa, of course. Apart from that, you know what you're doing.
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: Acturaly, This game is draw here. The defence line is set. Unbreakable.

We use UKR and SEV to support MOS hold. MOS is safe for ever!
Austria use VIE and BUD to support GAL, GAL is safe forever!
Austria use TRI, Italy use VEN to support TYR, TYR is safe forever!
TYN and TUN is safe forever!

Well, well, we draw~?
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: You fail to realize how much headway we can make against Italy.
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: No progress I could see. ;-)
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: And maybe you will lose BOH this turn. :-)
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: SunZI, would you please order A GAL S A VIE - BOH?
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: I must be psychic :)
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: Flashman, plese Support MOS from UKR.
SunZi, please DO NOT move your army in GAL.

btw, how England and Germany could make any progress in Italy, if I may ask?
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: they can't
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: They could, if Flashman NMRed. ;-)
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: Flashman, please support TYR from VEN.
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: Flashman/ Italy:

PLEASE order: A APU - ROM, F ROM - NAP.
Give up TUN, support TYN from ION. Please. They could make no progress, even if they get TUN. But we need to move A APU - ROM, F ROM - NAP.
21 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: England, I need you to get the fleet in the Norwegian down to the Mediterranean. Once there, get WMS to Tun, and MAO to WMS.
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: Thank you all for an enjoyable game!
Thank you Flashman, SunZi for well managed moves and excellent view of game. we finally made it~

Thank you Hobopope and denis, we used to be on the same side, but I'd like to say you two are excellent.
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: I'd like to propose a draw right here right now. The reason is that, Italy/Russia/Austria has set up a stalmateline against England/Germany. No progress can be made from now on.

As we could see, TUS/TYN/TYR/GAL/MOS/ION these keys blocks are 100% safe now. (Not 100% safe last turn, because Tus can be taken from PIE, luckily E/G did not realized that. Now A ROM S A TUS will save us.)
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: I have voted for the draw. How about a re-match?
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: I'd go for a re-match whatever happens. :)
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: What does re-match mean?
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: it means we all play another game
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: I'm going to play this out another few turns, then draw if we make no headway, or *gasp* even lose ground.
Sound good?
22 Nov 09 UTC Spring, 1910: A re-match sounds interesting. I'd like to play with you all. :)
There can be no progress unless someone NMRed. But I have no problem to play a few more turns.
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: the game has not ended. Let's play for another few turns.
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: England- I suggest attacking Moscow again, and a few other things, which I will post once I think of them.
-Move Norw > NAO
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Flashman, don't forget support TUS from ROM, and please support TYR from VEN. Thanks!
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: -Keep Mediterranean in a stalemate, and wait for your build (army)
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: -Build army in Lvp
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Germany, how could you break our defence line?
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: It won't be me, it'll be England.
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: He needs the SC's.
22 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Do not worry, I am watching this one carefully.
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: 5 hours to go
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: 4.5... ;)
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: I'M BACK!!
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: A draw would be nice here, we could move on and try again...
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: I hope E/G can see now that even with a fleet in Tunis, it makes no difference. The Tyrr Sea can always have two supports; they cannot push Tus out of place, and Tyrolia, Galicia and Moscow are solid. It is a stalemate line.

Well played all. Let's try this again. The nice thing is that we now know that we can act as decent allies (on both sides) and that should make the next game a really interesting one.
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Nice summary. Draw is on from Austria.
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: denis and Hobopope, would you like to vote for a draw now?
23 Nov 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: I'm going to vote for a draw. I can't see a way for the stalemate to end short of betrayal and I'd rather a draw than a forced stab.
24 Nov 09 UTC My only problem is that after 2 NMR's the weakest player is still around?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!!?!!!!!
24 Nov 09 UTC I meant austria Russia is actually the weakest
24 Nov 09 UTC Why is that a problem?
24 Nov 09 UTC um Four way draw is perfectly possible
24 Nov 09 UTC Yes, I'm the weakest but I've never NMRed in this or any other webdip game.
I don't mind losing this game. It thought I was a goner after the second year. However, I don't see how I could be safely absorbed without the possibility of breaking the stalemate.
24 Nov 09 UTC Well if italy decides to join with me and england we can split up Russia and austria and then call it a draw.
Point is that with two week players a draw is impractical and I would much rather see a three way or even four way draw.
Italy whatdo you say? this is a chance for a three way draw and some more SC's and thus points and your Ghost rating will either fall less or increase more.
24 Nov 09 UTC and russia same goes to you if you feal like breaking up austria and maybe even attacking Italy let me know
Just throwing out suggestions!
24 Nov 09 UTC england If you convoy to spain and get outof spain by the fall then you can get a fleet in Tunis
SunZi I can see that you are logged on what do you say?
24 Nov 09 UTC keep moving to mos england
Sun Zi you can change my plans
24 Nov 09 UTC I will not change my alliance at this stage. To do so would be folly. My desire is to start a new game. Russia and Austria have my total support here.
24 Nov 09 UTC The fleet in Tunis is a waste of time as well. As I stated above, do the maths: three fleets on your side cannot break through the three fleets on my side because Tuscany is out of bounds to you. I do not want this game to run for another seven or eight years and then we get the draw. Please look carefully at the position and accept that we have a stalemate.

As for Ghost ratings? Forgive me for saying this, but I don't give a toss about them. I was Number Three in the summer and have slipped to about 100 in recent months after I gave a few draws to players who I thought need encouraging and, more recently, withdrawing from the League (I was in the Premier League) over a dispute with the Game Master. I am really only looking for decent games with players who will play within the spirit of the game.
24 Nov 09 UTC I don't think we have to waste our time on this?
There is NO weak Country in a draw, so RUssia is not weak, and Germany is not Strong. We are equal. Now the stalemate is set, face the music and try another one. Ok?
