Game won by Puebloune (608 D)
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: It appears we have reached a stalemate line of sorts. Would the three powers left on the board consider a draw?
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: Italy you can win this. Make my death honorable by getting this win.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: England is yours.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: No, listen to the German, this is clearly a draw!
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: Speaking of, Germany, which disbands would make it more of a draw? :)
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: LOL, damn french looking for a draw :)

I think fighting for a win, for a year or 2 at least, will make things interesting :)
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: Italy you've fully locked down the east. What a satisfying victory this would be.

Think of it...

<looks into the big lights>

A solo win....

As Italy...

02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: little rascals... no history on that show?

02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: told ya, I am a frenchie, my cultural knowledge about american movies aint that good.

That said, east is looking good, there is possible movements in the west that can make things interesting.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: wait, Italy that means we have a bond! we should all join hands and draw.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: .. draw a big line through France, followed by "defeated"
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: Turkey, I thought we were buddies?
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: I died under your watch!

My pride comes first, so Italy must prevail.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: my watch? I was all the way over here!
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: I'm hereby vanquished of all fault of defeat.

The blame is solely placed on France for continuing to assault England instead of coming to my aid.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: clearly its France's fault, always been
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: My true motive is for this game to never end; hence I will never lose.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: you know, I am only going for the points... I dont care about winning/losing...
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: hey FRANCE, click ready, we're all eager to see :)
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: you can go for 21 SC's and get max points.
02 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1908: Okay, here's the plan, Germany, I'm supporting English Channel to Irish sea and North Sea to English Channel. Belgium goes to Pic. You two will bounce in Paris. If you don't and the other gets in, I will throw Brest to that person to give them 18.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: wouah, General Petain is back!!

Where is "La Résistance"?
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: La Résistance is press draw now and we all get out of this painlessly
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: meh, after attacking me for "being after points", you think I'll draw? That's bad maths. You had better chances doing otherwise but hey, its still a game right?
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: As I'm sure you realize Italy, if you take Brest, Germany will have units in Bur, Paris, Pic, EC, and Irish and so can easily grab Brest in the fall.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: and similarly, if we all go to plan, then in the fall, we can similarly prevent a center falling and giving someone an edge.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: you forget the impact of making such moves on the east sides, its like dominos, one thing affect the others.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: Germany can easily guard his claims, It's just a matter of putting in the right moves.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: I will let Germany do his own maths, its always a matter of choices.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: France, whatever you do -- do NOT build a single fleet or Italy will go postal
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: think he's mad I kept both fleets?
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: he's an anti-fleetite
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: this will be a very interesting end-game
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: um...no, you just lost. As promised I am hitting MAO. Germany can support EC into Brest and Guarentee it. You better draw now before he gets on.
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: even if you got lucky in the east, Germany has the advantage in the west and it will only be a matter of time before he gets to Mars or Spain.
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: mhmm, I didnt lost, you did. Or at best, I've "lost" in a much better way than you did. That said, I guess you get some kind of happiness about being a "kingmaker".
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: when the game ends, it will only say Game Won by ______ (however Germany is) Therefore, you lost. But I'm not going to waste my time anymore on this, we already determined you have no concept of the goals of the game.
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: I really like how you use the term "we" as if everyone agreed on your very definition of the game and his goals.

I guess you have some difficulties understanding the different role-play you can use in a game like Diplomacy, trying to fool, convince, seduce, piss off, etc.

I wish you the best in your future endeavour in the game still, because, its still a game :)
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: <bites meat off drumstick>

03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: hi Turkey! how's going?

Still planning to organize a rematch?
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: I'm not sure anyone would join, but we can see after this ends if you don't piss off too many people with your charm.
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: you're probably right, thats quite impressive how some people takes everything on the 1st degree. I guess helping someone invading your own country does that to your ego :)
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: tsk tsk don't be smug
03 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 1909: yeah, I guess I'll follow your advice :)
04 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1909: this is quite a superb map...

What do you think guys?
04 Oct 14 UTC Autumn, 1909: Now that I will win this game, dont tell me guys you'll give me the silent treatment :(

/sadpanda
04 Oct 14 UTC thanks for the game, I guess not everyone is happy with me winning, but hey, it still was a very interesting game.
