31 Aug 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Hi Germany, what's your plan. I was hoping we could agree to keeping Bohemia and Tyrolia neutral.
01 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Good game to all! I'd say good luck, but luck plays no part in this!
01 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Damn, I absolutely hate Russia. Best of luck to you all anyway.
01 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Hi All, GL and good game.
02 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: No such thing as luck in this game Austria. ;)
02 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: True, lets just say it was a figure of speech (or something).
02 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: I'd say there is a limited degree of luck in this game.
03 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: I hope the French and German show up, else England and Italy will have lots of free growth.
03 Sep 14 UTC Spring, 1901: France is here!
04 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Yes, perhaps a limited degree, but still it's only limited.
04 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: He says as the German misses the first turn.
06 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Looks like Germany is going to miss this as well. I wonder how this changes the equations
08 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: If it's all the same to you guys, I think it'd be nice if we all hit ready at least for the build phase.
08 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Yes, it would be nice to speed things up a bit.
08 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: I mean, we don't have to speed up move phases if no one wants to, but the builds don't have to be a full 3 days.
08 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Yeah, builds should be pretty simple.
08 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Agreed.
09 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: +1
20 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1902: England ki maa ka bhosda!
20 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 1902: Yes! Very well said!
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Ok.. I feel england is insane.....clearly everyone was seeing that russia was winning but still england did not attack.. .and now England is voting draw.. What's going on..
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Russia needs 2 supply centers to win the game...its a piece of cake...
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Mods should be brought in to check for metagaming or multi account stuff..
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: um, wtf Im not a pawn, sorry that i just don't care enough to attack
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Bitter turk is bitter.

I worked with England all game, and didn't attack England after the original English player surrendered. Because of that fact alone, there have been two separate English players and I worked with both of them, metagaming/multi accounting is a crap accusation. But besides that, I worked with both of them and didn't attack either of them until just a year ago. And I didn't attack England when there was no one playing, so the new England had no reason to distrust me.

I'm obviously not going to vote draw, England probably can't hope for anything better than a draw at this point so that explains a draw vote. You have no evidence of anything but England being too trusting. But by all means, contact the mods. You got beat fair and square. I'd much rather you be fully aware that I beat you, after mods clear me of any crappy cheating allegations, than have you think that and say it in global chat.
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Should you contact the mod or should I?
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: I contacted them. Your fears will soon be dispelled, Turkey.
08 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: (2ndWhiteLine): To save the trouble of emailing all players involved in this game, I will clear the air via global chat.

While making a multi or meta accusation is technically within the rules, it is best done with an email to the mods and not aired in global chat of a game where it comes across as being poor sportsmanship. As best I can tell, this game is free of multi or metagaming.

However, and this goes for Turkey especially, it is important to take into consideration that you are playing a point per supply center game. Typically, as opposed to winner-take-all, PPSC encourages playing for a "strong second", where players will forgo the win in exchange for the points of finishing with a large number of centers in second place. This is fairly common behavior in PPSC games. If you wish to avoid what many consider to be a behavior contrary to the spirit of true Diplomacy, I always recommend that players play WTA rather than PPSC.

12 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: exactly, I don't really care about winning, so long as I gain profit
12 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1907: esp. since i joined late
14 Nov 14 UTC How nice of both Italy and France to leave. That should speed things up a little bit.
15 Nov 14 UTC you could vote draw, and end the game now, without eating for turkey to submit...
15 Nov 14 UTC i will wait a day for a solo, sorry
15 Nov 14 UTC last ditch attempt
17 Nov 14 UTC Good game all
