07 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Oh goodie :-(
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: Greetings all, in one week I am taking a trip to a place where I will have no internet access. I am trying to convince a friend to play for me, but I would rather not have it come to that. Would you be alright with putting this game on pause for two weeks once I leave. I am sending out this advanced notice so that everyone has a chance to discus this. I hope we can come to a decision.
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: I am fine with it. Have fun on the vacation.
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: You should take your pause vote back and be the last one to vote for a pause. This way you can play up until you have to leave. The rest of us can vote unpause immediately after the pause and wait for your return.
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'm fine with whatever y'all wanna do
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: agreed
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: sure. I'll wait to put my pause vote in until Turkey removes his. So we can pause when we need it. Rather than before.
15 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: Thank you so much, I am taking back my pause vote.
19 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: anyone up for a quick game?http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=143608
21 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Who is interested in an Ancient Med game. There are 5 of us with Austria on vacation. Let me know and I can set one up.
21 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Lol...I'm Austria, Turkey is on vaca.
21 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I'd try one. Never seen that map before.
21 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I've played a game or two on the map before. I'm not a huge fan though. Maybe Italy could play instead of me
21 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Will he get the message even though he is defeated?
21 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Yes.
22 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I could be interested
28 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: it's time to unpause, right germany and turkey?
29 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: When did we pause? I thought he said two weeks from then? I withdrew my pause vote since I didn't want the game to start without me knowing since I'm out of town this weekend (until Tuesday), and am only checking infrequently. If its time to unpause I'll certainly put my vote back in though
29 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Or wait... I forgot to withdraw the vote in the first place. xD. Anyway. I'll try and check every 24 hours or so to see if things are moving again.
30 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: this never-ending pause sort of defeated the purpose of finding reliable players…the irony!
30 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I don't think so. In fact I'm glad we have players who paused for Turkey. RL has to come first. He will unpause when he gets back from vacation.
30 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I agree. Based on my experience (in low-stakes games) it is a rarity if all countries show up. So far, this wasn't an issue here. Until Turkey comes back, we could start a new game, too.
30 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: we only need one other player.
30 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I think we paused on the 19 or 20th of June. He said 2 weeks from when he paused, so he should be back on the 3rd or 4th of July. Suffice to say, be patience friends.
03 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: He was here 1-2 days ago!
03 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: He's current in 2 other games!
03 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: perhaps if a moderator applied some pressure, he might answer. Cue to France.
04 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Its possible he has infrequent internet access. Especially since he hasn't been on in 2 days right now, and before that he wasn't on for 4 days. I'm going to give him until the morning of the 5th, after which I'll ask him whats going on. If you'd like feel free to PM him in the meantime.
04 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Hello everyone. This is not actually Sahleao. I am his friend, and he asked me to look after his other games. He seemed to really care about this one though, and he was very thankful that you all agreed to pause it for him. He'll be able to unpause this either tomorrow or the next day, when he comes back from camp. He might not be here yet on the morning of the 5th, but I think he will be here by the afternoon or the next day.
07 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Hi everyone, I am back. Thank you for pausing for me.
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1906: join a quick game http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=144521
21 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1908: LETS ALL START SUBMITTING OUR ORDERS!!!! YEAH!!!!!
21 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1908: Generally speaking I only submit my orders when I'm happy with them. As it stands now, I'm not satisfied with my orders.
22 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1908: I wasn't happy with your orders either in these past few turns :D
22 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1908: Hahaha, I'm not happy until you're not happy. :P
29 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1910: everybody click draw NOW! ;)
29 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 1910: or cancel.
29 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 1911: should we draw?
30 Jul 14 UTC Please don't. I'm really curious to see who'll betray whom. Things are getting tense.
30 Jul 14 UTC Grr...
30 Jul 14 UTC I can't betray Austria without risking a loss, Austria can't betray me without ricking a loss, France can't do anything, Germany can't betray Austria or France. Germany and I can't attack each other. I vote we draw
