30 May 14 UTC	Autumn, 2000: [Brazil]:Just Google search "Canada sorry law". The law relates to liability in civil legal matters, not criminal court. It's called the Apology Act in the province of Ontario, apparently a few other CDN provinces and most US states have similar laws.
