18 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Deal, Cuba... I look forward to working with you. I will also guarantee that I will never build a fleet on your side of Panama...
18 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: (Never without your permission, of course)
18 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: So what am I, chopped liver?
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: yes
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: :(
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: (well, whole liver... but soon to be chopped.)
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: your country's color even matches pig livers
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Florida: DMZ in Strait of Florida?
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: I see how it is..
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Sorry about the delay. I'm back and ready to get this going real well now eh.
19 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1999: (ready up)
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Peru: looks like you won't die yet.
Mexico, it's up to you. :)
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: On a more serious note, Peru, if you don't have a fleet on my side of Latin America, I won't attack you.
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Oh... and Mexico... take Nicaragua if you'd like. I'm going to be busy with Florida.
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Peru, let's get over Cuba!
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: wow...
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Peru, you realize that Mexico has the capability of single-handedly defeating you, right?
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Me: "Spring, 1999: Texas, DMZ Coahulia and Potosi?"

Texas: "Spring, 1999: I agree Mexico."

You sadden me Texas. You could have, at least, waited until the second year to break the DMZ...
20 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Texas, I plan to move to Durango this next turn. I believe it would be in both of our best interests for us not to bounce there. It may be wise for you to move to Nuevo Leon.
21 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Ready up buddy
21 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Facepalm Texas. Could have moved to Louis.
24 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: California, I desire to work together with you. I hope you do too.
25 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: Cuba! You're resurrected! I see no reason to not continue where the old Cuba and I left off...
27 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: GameMaster: haroune was banned: multi/meta. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: Hi. Here's a new Peru. Please, feel free to contact with me and ask me any kind of proposal that you want.

Greetings.
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: @NY: how about a pact?
My fleet is just passing by your shores.so you need not worry. Still if it is causing you any trouble let me know.
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: And British Columbia it seems that we have a mutual enemy.
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: Seems to be that way eh
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: hello Québec, where are you going with your fleet if not towards me, the atlantic ocean is big enough not to sail close to shores !
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: NY I understand it...so with immediate effect I am withdrawing from your nearby territories. Trust me I don't want war with 2 of my immediate neighbors at the same time.
29 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: NY I understand it...so with immediate effect I am withdrawing from your nearby territories. Trust me I don't want war with 2 of my immediate neighbors at the same time.
30 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: It was a nice move, Mexico, but I'll keep Nicaragua anyway :)
30 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2001: In my opinion, this game has seen far to many CDs. Texas, Cuba, Peru, now California. I suggest we draw and have voted as such since Cuba left...
30 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: I agree with mexico.
30 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: Everybody is trying to profit from the CDs in the south. It is not fair for those in the north.
30 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: i agree
30 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: I don't. There's only one CD and the game is not unbalanced.

On South, things are not so beautiful and peaceful as you see. Here we have a battle with Peru vs Mexico vs Texas vs Florida.

If anyone take the all South, it won't be due to the Cuban CD.
30 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: So you're just going to ignore the fact that you're gaining four SCs from Cuba's CD?

That will put you in a perfect position to "take the all South".

What if California CDs (as he just had an NMR turn)? I bet that British Columbia won't inherit at least two-thirds of California (sarcasm).
01 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: I'd rather not draw.
01 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: What do you say, Texas, could we have peace with these borders?
02 May 14 UTC Spring, 2002: Dear British Columbia: What would you think about a DMZ on North Pacific Ocean?
06 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2002: California, Texas, I suggest you vote for a Draw. Then we might be able to force Peru into one...
07 May 14 UTC Spring, 2003: Texas, thank you for destroying in West Texas. I suggest that we be friends... I built in Veracruz because I expected a move to Nuevo Leon with the support of Campeche. I hope that you will trust me enough to allow me to move to Campeche, and eventually towards Peru.
09 May 14 UTC Spring, 2003: This is ridiculous... California is gone again. Now Quebec is gone. When will you realize, Peru that this game is tarnished?
11 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2003: And guess what! Texas is gone again... Canada is gone again...
12 May 14 UTC Spring, 2004: Yeah Peru, you're like a crazy person.
15 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: so, will california draw ?
16 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: ... Chuhuahua and Cohulia looked exactly the same when I was putting in my orders...
16 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Coahulia*
19 May 14 UTC Well, bad game... I kept messing up my moves...
