04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Hola amigos!!
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: If you haven't yet, everyone make sure to read the rules!! http://webdiplomacy.net/intro.php
There are more in-depth rules on the Help page as well
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Hola!

Mr. Kissenger, in this version of the game, can we build on any supply center we posses? Or, do we have to build on a supply center within our original borders?
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: You can only build on your original 3 supply centers for the entire game.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: good to know. thank you
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Build what?
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: This move you are making is a Spring move. After this, we'll have an Autumn move. Any Supply Station (the little black dot) you gain you'll get to add a Fleet or Army. The adding of a Fleet or Army is called a Build. We have two moves per year. After each Autumn move is when we see what we possess.
The goal of the game is to gain as many Supply Centers as possible. The trick is, you'll need help from other players in order to gain Supply Centers. So, build a relationship with someone who you need help from.

04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: So the move will happen in 2 days or as soon as everyone clicks ready, correct? So the sooner everyone clicks ready, the sooner the 2 days will reset for a new move.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Yes, the sooner everyone clicks ready the sooner we move.
05 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Nice job everyone getting turn one done quickly.
07 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 2000: How many will miss this move because it's happening on Sunday?
07 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 2000: I'm thinking probably everyone but me.
07 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 2000: Of who is left, I mean.
08 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 2000: Hopefully others finish it tonight so we can move.
10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: FYI if you miss 3 consecutive moves, your country goes into "civil disorder" and you essentially resign the game.
10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: At that point, if someone else wanted to take over for that person, they could.
11 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: Did someone say Hissner wanted to play? He could take over Cuba if he wanted.
11 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: Yes, Hissner is ready to take over Cuba. What's the sign in and password?
11 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: Cuba here, I do not have the option to move. It tells me that I have no orders to fill for this phase. This has been the case since Friday. Hmmm.....
