03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Wow France, on man...What about your buddy over here. I have some great Vodka. Also Austria, what say you and me set aside the differences and go after the Frog
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Italy as far as that one goes, France has two uncontested takes from you....you have 0 potential builds if austria does the smart move and trusts me. my guess is you will be down to 2 units after this year. France if you dont take Italy, your foolish.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: You are very possibly correct. However, I could't hold off a fully fledged French invasion, and this arrangement gives me a better chance of survival than any other. A heroic last stand kind of thing wouldn't benefit me, because I'd lose. It would only really benefit Austria and yourself.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Russia as much as I like vodka u r just too far away for me to really have opinions
Italy I will not attack you however I will keep a fleet in tyrennian sea as otherwise u could shunt overt to spain and stab me
England my set up should tell you that I trust u and enjoy our alliance
And russia italy had no way to stop me if I attacked however if I had it would only help austria and your self so I'd rather not as austria has refused peace with me
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Italy your turkey invasion will probably not amount to much with austria not aiding you so I was wondering if you would be so kind as to loop around to the adriatic so we can control austria's coast from that point I can shunt troops to you to help the in vasion
I was also thinking that u should have trieste greece serbia and hopefully bulgaria
However don't leave the aegean or else austria could take turkey with ease
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Hello again gentlemen
Russia, I agree to an immediate and permanant cessation of all hostilites. I am open to any and all plans that prevent a french takeover of this world.

Italy, all I did was try and get you turkish supply centers. I have always been honest and up front with you, and I am still mistified at why you refused to take the supply centers, as you would now have 2 additional builds and would be able to head off the french invasion. instead, you have decided to roll over for France, and appear to be ready to attack me.... Why you choose to ally with the person attacking you and attack your ally is beyond me.

to all, France is in a strong position to win this game. any protestations he makes about his desire for a draw are mearly for show. rally now or lose later.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: austria time and time again ive tried to ask for peace with you and over and over again you have refused to work with me. england can tell you that i treat my allies well, italy has asked to be one and i have accepted thus we shall move forward together the western triumvate vs the viscious duke and the tsar i believe that our trust and cooperation can allow us to be victorious
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Austria, I am grateful to you, you sincerely tried to help me out, and my cynical nature got the best of me. I don't blame you, but this is the situation I am in. My best chance for survival lies with France. I made a dumb mistake, and it backfired. That dumb mistake leaves me with three options:

1) Die
2) Fight France
3) Become France's janissary

Dying isn't an option I like, and if I fight France, I'll lose. So between defeat and survival (I expect France to go for a win) I chose survival.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Well, more accurately: "between sure defeat and possible survival, I chose possible survival."
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: well im sad you think i won't draw italy, but i guess only time can tell you that i am telling the truth
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: France Whatever else is discussed you can count on your northern borders being secure.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: same with your southern borders., also i was wondering if u would like to sweep south from st petes and storm the gates of moscow
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: It's on my agenda
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Austria. lets make moves my man. you have my word i shall not attack you.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Yes let's make a fight of it we are pretty evenly matched.
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: West against east
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: russia, can you move to prussia and silesia?
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Don't fall for that you will leave your centre wide open
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Italy, I would ask you for courage, and the will to fight. not dispair and surrender.

Russia, I would also like to discuss mopping up the turkish centers as quickly as possible. the only way we will live is to work together closely
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Italy do not go into ionian sea this turn I'm moving in so I can enter the adriatic
If u could support me in please
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: russia, one hour left, are you around? I have things I would like to discuss!
03 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Italy, if you are around that could change things as well
04 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: It's a shame no one was around. I'm sad at the way things have turned
04 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: well im around now. i think we are looking alright for the next round...
04 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: england please kick the baltic out
and italy i hope u see i wish to work with you as i did not mutilate your home centers
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: btw italy im moving through naples but im not staying i will be out by the fall
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: austria ill support you into con.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: France, do you want support into the Ionian?
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Italy ill support u in
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: i take it eastern med is going in
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Yes.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Russia, Thanks for the support! glad we can work together dispite all the bellyaching I tossed your way earlier. :)

Italy, another year is here and I hope you reconsider your present course of action. You have been given another chance, with the right moves you can limit your losses and bring some pain to the French. If you decide to leave the dark side, we could talk about securing you smyrna, and giving you a supply center that will be out of the fight to prevent your total elimination. Do not become a dog subservient to France, who can wipe you out whenever they choose. Hold your head high and fight! You will find me there shoulder to shoulder with you
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: italy's choice is ally with a person who will actually give him sc or ally with austria who has promised promised promised and never delivered
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Well, as I have previously indicated, I don't fault Austria.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: i know and i don't blame you, but you got very little from him
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: My fault. I tried to Lepanto, and failed miserably.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: yeah turkey did well to hold u guys off, i was mildly impressed
05 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Hey France, do you want to flood the med with fleets, and then convoy an army into some land space over here? Like Syria?
05 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Just a thought for the future.
05 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: It would certainly be a good way to bypass the stalemate line, and strike at the back territories.
05 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1907: im moving to apulia don't worry
05 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1907: actually i like the sound of that ill move to ionian if u move to eastern med then we can start the convoy wars :D
05 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1907: Aegean's a bit busy making sure that Turkey and Austria don't get Con. I'll send Ionian back to East med, and we can form a chain that way. On the landward side, want support from my armies? If so, where to and where from?
05 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1907: Aegean will make sure Austria does not harry our convoy lines sufficiently. This will give them Constantinople in two turns, but we can still hold Smyrna, even take it, with an army in Syria.
05 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1907: actually italy, take greece, he cannot both take constantinople and defnd greece, then i shall move to the adriatic and support u into trieste
06 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1908: Russia, I apologize for the sloppiness of the last round, We will do much better this year.

England, are you willing to divide the map peacefully? If so just put in a vote.

To all: I will play another game so long as the phases are longer than a day. Even with a newborn I will be able to manage a word or two over say, 5 days time?
07 Mar 14 UTC France my friend are you happy with a draw?
07 Mar 14 UTC He's voted draw, I think that speaks for itself.
07 Mar 14 UTC well played everyone
08 Mar 14 UTC New game?
