06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck to all, and here I hope
To see a well played game.
I think we should attack the Pope.
But I won't say a name.

But one thing's clear, you all should hear
This tale I tell to thee
One country to keep safe I fear
Is dear old Germany.
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Will we have enough room to state or poems.
On this here global board
Or should the forum become our homes
To state our every words?
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: *our* - damn, already a mistake:P
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: I'd like to propose to the Tsar
That we should both look afar
Toward Prussia, oh no
Neither one should go
Lest we enter into a war.
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: [Russia]
A favor I ask to all who write,
Announce yourself before you type.
It's a small thing, hope you don't mind
Helping me out, because I'm color-blind.
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: [Les Francais]

Bonjour mon amis!
The French holler with glee
As they peek around bottles of wine

Public Press we attest
In the forum goes best
The community's choice though is fine
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Public Press I think
will be the best option for
holding all our prose
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: [Germany]
Public Press I think
will be the best option for
holding all our prose
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: fyi - I've created a Warrior Bards Public Press thread for all communications. Please remember that there should be no private messages in this game.
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: [Germany]
I feel the sword is right
For he has seen the light
If we don't use the forum for song
We'll run out of space 'fore long
And be unable to properly fight.
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: [Russia]

For the whole world to sing my song,
I shall happily play along.
And now that the issue is debated,
Should a new thread be created?
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: [Germany}
A new thread exists
for everyone to post on
It's in the forum
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: I see our plight
So here I'll write
My friends I do agree
Where day by day
What we have to say
The public Forum it must be!
06 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Austria
Last Message was by Turkey, though now we move to public press.
Silent as a breeze in Autumn will be this game's private chat.
I'll see you on the forum, I hope to gain but jest.
Friends we all are here: that is our familiar fact.
28 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1905: Heya ho mates, to friend and foe
By looking at our thread I'm sure you know
Dear Friendly's away
For a four day stay
And a pause might be nice when I go

(Assuming everyone else has the pause in, I will pause right before I leave so we don't waster playing time. Thanks all! :))
28 Jul 09 UTC Spring, 1905: Actually, everyone but Turkey has paused, and it is possible he is MIA. If worse comes to worst I can always ask my sitter to play this game as well (he may not do the poetry thing but that isn't too huge a deal).

Hopefully Tur comes back.
30 Jul 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: Notice: if you guys don't get the repause in a sitter will still take over for me for four days. He may not feel like rhyming though, so I'd prefer if this game was paused. :)
30 Jul 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: I voted pause as well, but I wonder if we should just draw this game due to Turkey going CD - and it's a password game.
30 Jul 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: You are upset because of a Turkish CD? hmm. But what you could do is try to enlist someone from the forum. The position isn't *totally* hopeless yet.

Personally, I very much dislike premature draws.
01 Aug 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: Hey guys - jasoncollins here, I'm sitting in for Friendly Sword - I won't be able to keep up the rhyming though, so we'll have to make do :D Were we still thinking of pausing due to turkey?
01 Aug 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: Why hasn't the game paused?
01 Aug 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: I don't know why it hasn't paused; all players have voted.
01 Aug 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: According to the player list the only player who isn't voting for pause is FS
01 Aug 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: Hunh.. bizarre :) It said FS had voted pause earlier... anyway, updated now.
01 Aug 09 UTC Autumn, 1905: Ok: we need to get this fixed. I'm going to put a message on the forum.
13 Aug 09 UTC Look to the forum!
My message.... glorum?
