01 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2000: [Brazil]:i like this...it's like a bigger version of risk. |
03 May 13 UTC | Autumn, 2000: GameMaster: sailorisalir was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player. Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily! |

04 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2001: [Russia]:Is there any support for a draw, given that it is the 2nd turn and three are out? |
04 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2001: [Brazil]:come on......can't there be any multies in my area? |
04 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2001: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Hi, new FA here |
20 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2005: [Pacific-Russia]:How comes the chinese army occupying an SC has been autodestroyed instead of the fleet inSea of Japan?!? |
20 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2005: [USA]:If they're the same distance away from home SCs, the choice is alphabetical. |
20 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2005: [Pacific-Russia]:Even if one of the units is in a SC area?! ... and in this specific case Sea of Japan would have been further away from home centers |
20 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2005: [Quebec]:New Quebec, looking forward to negotiate with anyone |
24 May 13 UTC | Autumn, 2005: [Russia]:Can we please pause... I will not be able to access the computer for a bit. |
24 May 13 UTC | Autumn, 2005: [Pacific-Russia]:How long does "for a bit" means? are we talking about ... a few days or weeks?! |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:How comes noone reacts to Russias pause request? He never abandoned a single game - now he seems to have problems with his computer. I think it wouldnt be fair to force him into civil disorder because of a computer problem - especially since he asked for a pause and will very likely return: his statistics clearly show he s adicted to diplomacy ;-) |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:Let's give him ... 5 days, and if we dont hear back from him, we can ask a mod to unpause |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [USA]:Vagaries of war. I'm not trying to be insensitive, but those of us who ARE addicted came to play. I wouldn't ask anyone to hold up a game because of something outside the game. I expect the same consideration. |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:Therw are no possible reasons INSIDE the game to need a pause (except the server is down or a massive bug - what would result in an automatic pause anyway). Every pause request has his reasons OUTSIDE the game, and given the fact that Diplomacy takes several weeks to play one game, you can t always know in advance if something unpredictable will come up (well in fact you can never know something unpredictable in advance... ) |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Pacific Russia, if you feel so bad for him, then don't attack him and support his soldiers so when he comes back or if, unless someone takes over, he will still be there |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:I m just wondering why noone reacts to a pause request ... |
25 May 13 UTC | Spring, 2006: [Kenya]:I am still wondering how long is "a bit" ? No-one wants an indefinite pause. |
