03 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1904: Hey guys - I'll be away for about 14 hours so don't panic if you don't hear from me until then.
03 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1904: I will be away for several hours too, but nobody talks to me so....
03 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1904: I go to Univercity most day so i might take a while to respond to any messages
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Hmmm, it appears that only Austria doesn't want a draw!
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Well I'll just hang back and you guys can go fight him and hopefully he'll draw eventually.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Austria wants you to kill England so we can draw.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Until England is dead, Austria feels like he has to play normally in the event that the game is prolonged.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Wow, what do you have against England?

I think it just a ploy to get Germany France to focus on me so you can gain ground.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: That you have 3 SCs and I'm not going to have wasted a month of my life playing Diplomacy to draw with somebody who picked up no builds from the first turn.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Big talk from a guy who had no Russia to deal with and no pressure from anywhere. I never had an ally, I think holding my island is an accomplishment.

But do whatever you like.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Anyway, France and Germany, you will get no advance from me, if you want me to go anywhere, let me know.
If you come at me, of course I'll defend.

But can you trust Austria?
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: This is real simple. If I put hold orders in everywhere, they can't advance against me. I'm not sure I can pick up 5 more SCs. If England doesn't die, however, I'll have to keep trying. So either wipe him out and take the draw, or play against me and we'll see how it goes.

By the way, F & G, this isn't a new idea - hadn't we talked 3-way draw since 1901?
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: I hope you don't agree to it of course,

Especially making a deal with the guy who stabbed you.

But whatever, it's a game.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: I am sure that if you gave both France and Germany a supply centre to build a fleet each, they would be happy to turn on me.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: England, I pledge my life and sacred honor to keep you in this game. Austria forfeited any chance at a 3 way draw when he attacked me! I hope and believe that France also will not fall for any claim of remorse and rebirth. I make my comments globally for all to see. Austria, please, let us not spill any more blood. Please accept the draw.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: You've essentially just induced me to play for the win.
18 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: That was a serious miscalculation. At a minimum, I have achieved the Turkish stalemate line, so you can't eliminate me.
19 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: Well I will supply my units for whatever needed, let me know.

But seriously, lets end it, it was a good game. Let it stay that way.
