14 Dec 12 UTC Autumn, 1901: Can you let me take Belgium so we can both move against France?
14 Dec 12 UTC Autumn, 1901: Never!
14 Dec 12 UTC Autumn, 1901: You messaged that to everyone, genius.
14 Dec 12 UTC Autumn, 1901: That was smart of me :P
23 Dec 12 UTC Spring, 1903: Just for the record, I'll travel tomorrow morning. I'll likely have internet access there, and, even if I don't, we'll carry an iPhone. Anyway, I'll have to log less often than I've been doing, hope it works well with the game.
23 Dec 12 UTC Spring, 1903: With 1.5 days i think you should still be ok.
24 Dec 12 UTC Spring, 1903: I so hope. I've arrived and internet connection is ok. Just hope I keep sober enough.
05 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Hi guys I'm the new Russia - still learning the game so need some help with the orders and such like - good luck to you all - PM me if you want an ally!!!
05 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: You picked a rather sketchy game to join unfortunately.
08 Jan 13 UTC Spring, 1906: I like a challenge and what better way of proving I'm the best diplomats in the world than by soloing in this game?
14 Jan 13 UTC Spring, 1908: Sorry about that, lost track of time in the chaos of moving. Won't miss another turn.
20 Jan 13 UTC Spring, 1910: I know that I can still comeback and solo from here, but I'm also happy to draw with you guys. Maybe we should boot up a new game that won't be marred by CDs?
21 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1911: I assume we're not drawing because Italy and Austria want France to take out poor little Russia first. Man, you guys must be desperate for the points.
21 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1911: Actually, I have no problem with Russia surviving. It's France's choice.
21 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1911: I was, and still am, waiting for France to see the draw as inevitable.
21 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1911: I'm not desperate for points, its a matter of principle. I am not too pleased to see a Russia who played fairly well be replaced by some random person on the eve of a draw who seeks only to get an extra draw mark on their record and, given that it is entirely possible and natural for them to be eliminated before the draw, would like to see it so.
22 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1911: Another sensible point.
23 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1912: Italy - in point of fact I joined a lost cause as part of the CD challenge. The idea is ha players pick up CDs to try and make gameplay more enjoyable and balanced for the remaining players.
23 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1912: I'm aware of the CD challenge and I admire its mission, I just see this particular application of it (and France's reaction to it) as morally reprehensible. I will not refuse to draw forever, but I would sincerely like to hear some sort of rationale from France before I do.
24 Jan 13 UTC Autumn, 1912: In fairness Italy, you can refuse to draw forever if you really want to be childish, but as the stalemate line has been reached the mods will draw the game as soon as France asks them to.
