For those of you who are new, here's the rulebook. Quick tips:
Supply centers are the territories with the black dot symbol on them. You want to capture these while defending the ones you already hold.
Supply centers are captured after the movements of the Autumn turn.
You can capture supply centers with fleets.
You can only have as many units as you have supply centers. If you have too many units, you'll have to scrap some. If you have too few, you can build new units in your home centers after the Autumn turn.
The game ends when there is a voted draw or someone gets 18 supply centers. Anyone who is left gets points based on how many supply centers they currently control.

If there are any other questions, feel free to ask in Stereotoads chat. There are some people who are familiar with the rules who are not active in this game.
12 Nov 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Brothers,
I herein make plea to all states and Empires under the cross of this Holy Church to unite in fraternity against the enemies of our true God, Almighty is He. The Turk and the Muscovite threaten the purity of true Christian rule on this continent- their idols and icons and false prophets anathema to the Lord. The Holy See is not interested in taking the lands of the Enemy, no, only in their subjugation under heel of the Lord's own warriors amongst whom the spoils might be split.

Also, mashsux.

14 Nov 12 UTC Spring, 1903: The See had not intended the Turcomen to regain footing in the Muscovite empire, but their victories remain a blessing to all. Only in the abject and utter destruction of the bear might this conflict end joyously.

I, for one, welcome our new Mohammadan overlords and their religion of peace!
