25 Oct 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Can't wait for the next wheel book in January. Good luck everyone
25 Oct 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Greetings from the Ottoman Empire.
26 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1901: In case there are any doubts, Germany will be committing to an attack on France. My history might be a little rusty on the subject but how well does Germany do against England and Russia on two fronts? Just reminding those in the east that they might get an opportunity at some point to fly a flag of their own choosing in Berlin. And England, the people of France have not yet been conquered, so I'm just saying, we don't need any foreign troops on our soil just yet. I'm not done yet. I have received disturbing intelligence from Berlin that seemed to be meant for Rome, a chat sent to the wrong country (Zimmermann note again Germany?). Now, I cannot say at this time whether or not Italy and Germany were actually scheming or not, as it may have merely been a misdirection to try to get France to commit some attention to watching Italy. But on the off chance that all three of my neighbors decided to shake my hand in friendship and then spit in my face, I pose this question: how does one split 5 supply centers, counting those of France and the Iberian, between two, let alone three countries? Now Italy, again I cannot know if you were truly contacted nor what your intentions are, but I have experienced only honesty from you so far, and do not think that it goes unappreciated. I have not been so fortunate with my two other neighbors, as my formally agreed DMZ at the English Channel and the attempted invasion of Burgundy (by a Germany who promised to support France into Belgium and then, with trust established, enter into an NAP) clearly demonstrates. In closing what has become a lengthy message indeed, I would simply add that, if you cannot already tell, I do not intend to go quietly. L'honnêteté, la courtoisie, de diplomatie. Vive la France!
27 Oct 12 UTC Spring, 1902: I find it funny that Italy is doing the best. Italy! I mean, it is the highest ranked player, but Italy? Really? Both neighbor countries under siege, two builds as Italy, a good start by any standard of measure.
27 Oct 12 UTC Spring, 1902: Lol I would agree France I'm pleased I got a two build open with Italy. I despise getting Italy and have it in two games I've entered this week haha. Never did that well on here with it and only ONCE got a win out of it (not on here), although for full disclosure that was an in person game played with six others, the bulk of whom had never played before.
29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Hey guys, there is a good chance the hurricane may leave me without power for a few days so I'm requesting a pause. As long as I have power and my house isn't flooding I will continue to play. I would just like to pause the game in case I can't get online for a few days.

29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Sounds fair to me
29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: I'm in its path as well so I'm happy to agree to that. I was actually going to suggest it as well.
29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: I too am in its path though I do not expect to lose power but I believe a pause would be a good idea.
29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Yeah, looks like it's going to be quite the storm. I could support a pause. So we will pause for now and vote to start it up again after the storm has passed. That just leaves Turkey.
29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Sure thing.
29 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: I hope everything goes well for you in the storm. Good luck.
30 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Just lost power, posting this from my phone
30 Oct 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Stay safe, everyone.
02 Nov 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: I hope everyone has made it out the other side of the storm safe.
02 Nov 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: I'm still out power, I was told not to expect it pack to the 9th. However I am able to get online via my phone on a daily basis if everyone else is ready to start back up.
02 Nov 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Nobody feel rushed, though.
02 Nov 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: I put my vote in for the unpause but yes take your time if things aren't back to normal yet
