North Carolina Exempts Itself From Constitution

Phase clock issue

Anyone else having an issue. The clock says now and doesn't turn the phase over for about 1 minute despite repeated refreshes, then once it does the clock is at 3:45 or so.

it looks like the minor changes to email addresses were made by someone similar, Draug your name was replaced by 'KennedyLeigh' my bad, i should have spotted it.

Some people have undermined my ability to work with other humans.

That's it, the leagues are all cancelled. And I don't know who to blame!

I am not interested in playing in the league, so I haven't read the last 6 pages, but instead of having random people edit the spreadsheet wouldn't a Google Form be easier? People enter their info and it automatically puts it in the spreadsheet, therefore nobody can delete/mess/see other people's info.

yes, frickin' Zeus, that would be better, and unfortunately i did not have time to set one up originally.

@Born again, i'm hoping to create a second form to allow scores and games to be submitted (because grabbing the data directly from the database is too much work) and allowing for players to report any problems (so i can correct manually any malicious intents)

I am hoping that Draug will be able to find a place. I am also aware that several email addresses are bouncing, but these were altered by a third party and i have corrected my own records based on those emails which players have on their profiles.

I told ora of your offer, Gen. Lee. ghug has also said he doesn't have time and I earned an A* position above at least one other player in A* so I hope to get there. I did come in tied for 6th or 7th in A* this past season with 6

when you add the unplayed games 6 way draw (we had someone fail to join in two different attempts so he was booted and we just declared game 4 a six way draw).

I do want to give draug Ghug's spot, if he is not able to play, mostly because i can't think of a better player to promote; but i haven't heard back from ghug yet; of course if he doesn't have enough time to play then perhaps he hasn't seen the message yet... Thanks general lee, i suspect we will hVe to move someone, somewhere... I'm also hoping to minimise the impact...

I just want to suggest that to minimize a repeat of my league last time, B1 which missed an entire game, that a specific person is responsible for organizing games, requesting replacements, and reporting results.

@orathaic: I would suggest that the best way to manage sign-ups is to make the Google sheet viewable, but lock changes with a protected range. Then have prospective players send their info for you to input

What If Kestas Died?

What would happen to the site if Kestas died?
Would it erode away, it's unsolved bugs slowly making the game less enjoyable?

Substitute player?

I was wondering, is it possible to substitute a player into a game without needing to miss two phases to get a CD, but that's a long time in which the players entire game plan could get crushed as the players around him would take advantage. I know it isn't possible now, but would a mod be able to do it if needed? E.G. if a player leaves but doesn't want to ruin the game.
