Yep, that's why I try to restrict myself to three a day and drink either ice tea (unsweatened, usually fresh brewed "chai" or herbal and fruit like a mandarinorange spice, but sometimes orange pekoe) or water the rest of the day. don't need all those artificials sweetener causing water gain. Oh, Mafia, they don't actually make you fat so much as make you gain weight through water retention. Diet pop doesn't put fat on you as it has no calories there fore no fat or carb content, but it does have a side effect of reducing the body's ability to naturally release water causing it to bloat up.
