Something upon the lines of Points = 420/no. of drawing players, so
Solo = 420, 2-way 210, 3-way 140, 4-way 105, 5-way 84, 6-way 70, 7-way 60.
Survives have no value.
Each player will have 2 scores, a "big" score which is the Points added together, and a "small" score which is the total of the Points of the opponents he played (if he played someone twice, it is counted twice). If the "big" score of two players are equal, then the "small" score is used to tiebreak.
Players will be matched in Classic Dip WTA anon games, of phase to be determined. After each round of games, the "big" and "small" scores are calculated, and the players are ranked by the scores. Then 1-7 play, 8-14 play, etc. and the process is repeated.
This should ensure that players play at their own level. This set-up does require at least perhaps 35? 49? players to work. If there are enough players, the additional rule will be added as follows:
No players will play each other for more than twice in a row.
Bye rules: If you are in the lowest tier, you may have to play Bye. You will be given an average of 60, and your Bye points will be increased in such a way that your Bye/number of opps will remain unchanged. (That's the same as a 7-way draw, because that's the average.)
Elimination: No, there will be no eliminations.
Winner: After a predetermined number of rounds (say 5) the match will end. Rankings will be generated from your results.
