This website makes it easy to mute users both in game and globally throughout the site, but there doesn't seem to be a way to see a list of who you have muted via the basic web interface. Since globally muted players virtually disappear from your view of the website, it may be difficult to unmute people if you don't remember who you muted or how to look up their user profile.
Here is a work-around to discover a list of who you have muted, both in-game or site-wide:
1) On any (or at least nearly any, I think) page of this site, view the HTML source. On some browsers, this is done with right-click followed by something like "View [Page] Source" or its an option in the View or Edit menus.
2) Search for the strings "muteUsers" and "muteCountries" near the bottom of the page source. (Ctrl+F)
3) They should look like this if you have no one muted:
muteUsers = $A([]);
muteCountries = $A([])
4) Otherwise, there will be numbers between the square brackets "[ ]".
5) muteUsers is a list of people that you have muted site-wide. Each number (separated by commas) is their userID. Go to their corresponding profile page to unmute them.
6) muteCountries is a list of games where you have muted players in game. It'll be a list of gameIDs and a number from 1 to 7 indicating which country you muted in that game. View that game to see which country you muted and to unmute.
Some other users have pointed out that you can temporarily disable muting by disabling JavaScript, since muting is merely done with JavaScript deleting the muted posts/messages after the page loads. On some browsers, you can stop JavaScript from running with "Esc" or hitting "Stop Loading" button. You have to time it properly between the site finishing loading and the JavaScript kicking in though, so it's not a perfectly reliable method, but you can refresh and try again.
