Look at the bright side: 250 is something you can win in one evening if you get lucky in a gunboat, whereas the total pot size of 1750 is a considerable prize.

bas... thanks for putting the effort into this. I know i'm in a somewhat unique situation with points, but in all honesty, I've been trying to stay in 500+ point games because players seem to take them more seriously...

I'm fine with 250... or maybe even 200 here to let your invitees be able to play, but I think it would be nice to get a bigger pot... the game will be that much more exciting.

as for the anon thing... though I fully understand what Draug is talking about, I can't join a non-anon game. people often play to pre-conceptions and people also tend to make judgements based on what they've read... all that on top of the already big target on the back of someone with more points makes a non-anon game particularly dangerous for me - both in terms of enjoying the game and GR-hunting which occurs in such circumstances.

if you have enough replacements, I'm ok with bowing out guys, so please dont force everyone to play games with parameters they dont want just to accommodate me.

as for time, i'd be completely fine with 48 hours as well.

I'd suggest that Babak is playing at a different level than the rest of the invitees. Perhaps it doesn't make sense to have one top player and six fairly good ones.

Well that's kind of insulting alan. I don't think Babak is particularly better than everyone else in the WebDip community - perhaps he's just been around longer and has played more games.

My games are dwindling down as well and I was thinking of starting up a game soon so this one is fine with me. I like the player list. I'm up for any pot size up to 300. I prefer 36 hours as Sundays are sometimes a problem for me. WTA for sure.

The way I see it, the best thing would be to create a game with a pot size of 250, 48 hours, and anonymous. We can get ☺, Babak, Baskineli, Ebay, pastoralan, myself and Sargmacher. This looks like a very strong field. A great mix between established players and upcoming talents.

Draugnar, it's a pity I can't have you in this one. But if your max is 50 , I can't squeeze you in along with the high-rollers. Perhaps we can start another, low-pot game sometime?
