Hypothetically, If a person thought fascist economics was great, and called themselves such because of that, but could care less about the racial aspects that have defined it now, what do you call them? Ie, someone who was black, and married to a white person (or the other way) but thought Fascist economics was great What do you call them?

Look at the US's military-industrial complex. It is not the free-market capitalism of liberal ideals (what you now call libertarians) it is very much the state capitalism which many fascists advocated.

Define fascist economics please? Can it exists outside of the context - ie not liberal free-markets and not marxist socialism? In the absence of those ideologies having political sway within a country, does fascism have any economic theory of its own?

Orathaic, I won't be able to do this justice at all on a phone, but I'll try.
Short answer is that fascism, as an economic system, is a market economy where the State has very broad power and authority to intervene in the market "in the interest of the Nation." This sounds like a "normal" contemporary capitalist system, and in a lot of ways it is, but in normal systems interventions are generally much more pragmatic -- an intervention to avoid a depression or to control inflation.
Essentially, fascist economies are market economies that are subject to a State which sees itself as the representative of a particular Nation.
