I don't remember England, Germany or A-H ever getting replaced; I know that I never was replaced.

Also, the Final Score section needs to be updated, doesn't it? I haven't checked all the numbers myself, but they differ from the Total Points column of the table.

According to the CD log, Italy was the only sub - subbed out in 1974. Unless people were sitting accounts.

As for a true EOG, I fear that I cannot promise one. Between 411 pages of press which cannot be properly searched, hundreds of e-mails or chats of correspondence with teammates and the use of the Notes feature after this was introduced, we'd need to hire an archivist or historian to help each of us out.
