Gunboat Cheater Message

I am playing a WorldDip gunboat game, and a guy was kicked off. The admin sent a notification, of course. However, the message cannot be read because there is no in game messaging, and displays as a permanent alert across the top of my page. What to do?

Why is my countdown clock perfectly in-sync some days and horribly off on others?

Today is is perfect... well a 2 second differential on the turn count-down timer. Other days its 30-40 seconds off. Same computer... same internet connection... what gives.

Well for one, Germany's refusal to stop fighting France and myself when it had become quite clear that the I/A had grown way to large. This was a WTA game and it seemed like there was some big PPSC tactics employed.

I couldn't have done anything against A/I so I just was in a serch for free SC-s hoping Austria would have stabed Italy soon or a later so Italy might keep you and me alive.
When "it had become quite clear that I/A had grown..." you two were still on me so I don't know what are you talking about realy.

France pulled back immediately once Italy had finished off Turkey and headed towards him. I was trying to break into Scandinavia and Russia from the beginning of the game. You worked with Russia, continued again France once he'd pulled back to hold Italy off, while letting Austria walk all over you.

Take a look at the map - spring '06 while Italy attacks France and Austria enters Germany what you and France are doing? And then say again how "you are surprised by some of the play". Why are you talking about noncenses without arguments?

Okay I'll take a look.
Spring '06: Italy moves forces towards France.
Fall '06: France pulls off of the German front to stop Italy. I stop fighting you to salvage SCs from the dying Russia to stop Austria in the North. You keep me locked on my island.
Spring '07: Seeing France pulled off the front to stop Italy, instead of also pulling off the front to stop Austria, you continue into France, allowing Austria to stomp through right behind you and also continue stopping me from getting off my island.

Playing in Anonymous Games

Are there signals people use when playing in anonymous games? I play totally independently because I know no-one, but looking at how others play there does seem to be some interesting collaboration. For example if you hold an opposition unit is that a signal for something?

There are four cancel votes. I think this is a good idea, and I think we should all try to play again, but it is clear that everyone is too busy right now to communicate proper.
