Lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks with pretty much no change in physical habits, NOT hungry (in fact, feel full longer), eating meat, healthy fat (like yummy BUTTER and bacon), veggies and fruit....NOT bread/grain, NO refined sugar (I just described a POP TART...)...check out the website, Draug....seriously. sign up for the news letter. Octavious #1 -- Perfect breakfast, except for the beans....which are OK, but not the best (you know that "Beans beans the musical fruit, the more you eat the more you toot" thing....that is your body saying that beans don't digest so well....i.e. not the best food...)
Everything else Octavius said suggests is worthless carbs. Bahh!!!
