When you write as much and as pretentiously as I do, you HAVE to know and accept you'll get slammed by people...that's part of the deal in being any kind of speaker.
So mapleleaf and krellin and King Atom and TC and HolyCrusader and all the rest...
As much as I disagree with them...
Find them irritating at times...or reprehensible...or venomous...or just plain idiotic...
They have their right to respond, too.
So if you can't stand the heat, get out of the fray, I suppose, or mute them, or just ignore them, because as much as they can inflame tensions here, they have every right to do so--and I think we'd lose something if we didn't have such inflammatory figures...
It'd be like banning Glenn Beck--sure, you've stopped up a hole from which nothing but nonsensical refuse spews...
But
1. Where would we get our free entertainment then? and
2. Who'll make my Shakespearean monologues almost coherent then?
