The answer is no, Luken. The enemy takes control of your province before the build phase begins, so your net gain is 0 SC's.

Even if that wasn't the case, you couldn't build in a province that houses an enemy unit, because no more than 1 unit can occupy a space.

Hmm, ok so one more question and everything will be clear for me :) . To take a SC I need to "hold" unit on it one turn? example: I moved unit to neutral SC, but next turn (instantly) I need to "bounce" enemy unit from adjacent province. Will i take that province from witch I'm bouncing or no (need to hold)?

If both your unit and the enemy's unit move to a territory without support, you will both bounce. In this case, your unit bounces and returns to the territory it formerly occupied; namely, the unowned supply center. It becomes yours after the fall turn.

Luken, i'm not sure if this answers your question... but it works like this..

1 Moves/spring
2 retreats/spring
3 moves/fall
4 retreats/fall
5 capture SC's/build/disband

repeat....

you can only capture SCs at the end of the fall phase, so you MIGHT need to hold it an extra turn, if you originally moved there in the spring. If you moved there in the fall, you capture immediately. Regardless of who bounces who, you only capture SCs if you finish the autumn phase with a unit on the SC.

Your unit could have started the turn there, it could have attempted to move somewhere else and failed, it could have moved to that province that turn, or it could have retreated to that province after being dislodged, but at the end of the fall retreats phase, if you have a unit there, you capture the neutral SC.

Luken, a couple things in case you are still confused:

You take a supply center if you have a unit in it after the fall retreat phase. It doesn't matter if you take it in the spring and "hold" the unit there or whether you use that unit to bounce another space. If you take it in the autumn, you will capture the center "immediately", after the retreat phase, and don't need to hold it for a turn. If you take a supply center territory in the spring, and then move the unit elsewhere in the autumn (without another piece moving in to replace it), you will not gain control over the center. It's also important to note that you can gain (or LOSE, which I'm sure you will experience at some point) a center after the fall phase by the use of retreats. It's important to take possible retreats into consideration when you take over a territory.
