I remember someone posted a while ago a link to a webDiplomacy page, but I can't find the post. This page had a list of all the private messages and deadline processing on it, but it wasn't the homepage. Does anyone have a link to it?

Anyone else having trouble with orders not saving

Twice I have change orders, and I am sure that I saved them and then they are not being applied. Anyone else having that issue?

Understanding why my orders failed...

In ftf games I've played, when this situation comes up these orders wouldn't fail.. Why did my (brazil's) orders fail here?

GFDT Sucks

The rules encourage players to let someone solo so that they can get a strong second position.
HOW MOTHERFUCKING STUPID IS THAT?
My first and last time I participate in this embarrassment of a tournament.

I was waiting from about 1903 for Russia, Italy, and France to be eliminated so we could draw the game. I know I shouldn't play with a goal of drawing; I just think I somehow saw the stalemate coming from really far back.

There was no way I could stab Austria while England and Germany are still allied. I was behind the stalemate lines. So my best bet was to support Austria and keep building fleets.

i figured at the time that you'd be able to work with turkey to keep england out of the med. i wanted to keep germany from moving south, and i had support in place with f-adr. i didn't foresee turkey working with england to take you out.

Actually, jc, I was hoping you'd stab Austria and then create a smaller stalemate line; then we could have had a three-way draw instead of four. I think it might have been possible; I'd have to search the map, though.

at the time you stabbed me, i was about to get a build in por & have fleets in west med, spa, por, naf. i don't understand why you thought i'd need help keeping eng out of the med. with my build i could've supported you into aeg.

jc, jm: It's irrelevant; there is not only a stalemate line at the end of the Mediterranean but also one running down the west coast of Italy. Either way, the game would have been drawn; the difference was that at that point the Eastern powers could afford to remove Italy from the game without me or Germany having a solo shot.

loading orders in mozilla

Orders cannot load in firefox. it says "loading orders" but they won't load.
I have disabled all add ons but it wasn't fixed.
any ideas?

Live Game Etiquette

I'm curious to hear different takes on live game etiquette. If there are no-shows, or players miss the first phase, it seems to be that the game should be cancelled or at least a draw. However, if one player is the benefiary of said no-show, then he or she has little or no incentive to vote for a draw or cancellation, forcing all the other players to participate in a game in which he or she has a distinct starting advantage.

Order save error, request for assistance
