I have to ask, does it say anywhere how to report possible cheating? This is the second post I've seen on it and both had replies like the one above, but in a quick look about I haven't seen anything obvious to say how to go about it.

This is exactly why cheating accusations should not be made on the forum.

These accusations seem to be completely groundless and are only the sign of a novice player that does not understand the intricacies of the game.

Nebben, the only poor behavior in that game appears to be Russia's CD and your baseless cheating accusations which lead to the derailment of the game.

By the way, Nebben, those 5 resigns on your record (out of only 14 played, 36%!) are an ugly black mark. Please don't play games unless you are committed to finishing them properly.

Thanks all for your support. I had messaged Nebben both in the game and privately looking for an apology. As Eden suggests, we were going by the Orient Express book, and there was no collusion at all. I am still pretty offended, and still looking for an apology. If the mods are looking into this at all, I would be glad to talk with any of them (or you) about it-- just PM me.

if it was no press, or public press only without anon, i think nebben is suspicious of a private-message agreed deal I/A. And that's cheating. It does not make sense that an invaded austria won't go back to defend himslef unless he knows that italy is his ally and that all is a charade in fact.
