Well, 27th. Despite facing a situation where 2 eliminations seemed almost inevitable, I managed to squeak out some draws and only drop 1 place. And without 3 re-entries, I would have actually jumped up 2 places. I'll take it gladly.

Ghost - Great job on the new design. Looks wonderful man.

-4 places for me down to #7. all thanks to ivo being an ass-hat in the last League game. but I'm glad to see Laoban jumped 45 spots because of that Solo (be sure to thank Ivo man)... and I'm even more glad that I'll get a stab (pun intended) at taking my points back from Laoban in the GFDT starting next month. I guess my one consolation is that ivo dropped even more than I did with his antics... =P

@ #4 davebishiop - dude... who are you playing that you pick up 64 from 4 games in one month? well done! and teach us your secret man.

With the amount of work Ghost puts into this and the reception the list gets every month, the GR system should be made a permanent fixture to this site...

Also, TGM, what is meant by re-entry? I've played very few games in the last months but it seems like my rating keeps dropping anyway. Maybe I just have a bad memory, but shouldn't my rating, if not my rank, stay constant if I don't play any games?

re-entry means there were more than 3 months since your previous game, so you left the list, and then this month you finished a game for the first time in a while.

IIRC, GR is computed when a game ends. So if you are eliminated but the game takes a couple months longer to finally end, you get a surprise hit to your GR.

It was just the eventual ending of the world map game and two wins in the GFTD tournament. The style of that tournament seems to suite me...
