"MadMarx Beyond Metrodome" End Of Draft Statement.
I was picking on the turn. Which means that I was picking last in the draft order, tenth out of ten people. It also means that the draft was a serpentine draft, where I would get last pick and first pick in alternating rounds; two picks in a row all draft.

Not for everyone, granted, but is anyone on here who is above 20 going to be on line with Black Ops? PS3 or Xbox?

Need a few more for a clan. As long as your willing to be signed up for game battles...of course GMT would be ideal but im not picky at this stage.

Absurd logic thread

Make an argument using wacktacular reasonong. Example: bottled water should be taxed for road maintenance, because if more water was available we'd be further along in fusion research, but the bottled water companies don't want their product classified as a fuel, so they keep sabotaging fusion research, and hence force us to burn fossil fuels

Ok, here's one:

America is following the path of Rome. Rome fell due to a variety of factors, like inflation, low moral standards, unemployment, and ineffective government. We are already seeing evidence, if not full-fledged proof, of the preceding problems in America today. We need to get off the road towards destruction if we do not want to go the way of Rome.
Inflation is a major problem in America today. Economic competition from Asia, especially China, has created a dangerous, unsustainable consumer economy based on cheap credit. We experienced that not too long ago when the housing “bubble” burst. Rome experienced the exact same thing. Romans bought expensive merchandise from other countries, which caused a decrease of Roman currency in circulation. To compensate, the Roman government printed more money, which decreased the value of said money, which had disastrous effects on the already stagnant Roman economy. Our government is doing the exact same thing by printing more money.
Moral standards are at an all-time low in America. Prostitution and crime are rampant, and continue to spread, just as they did in Rome. The media and television glamorize dangerous activities and lifestyles like binge drinking and promiscuity. The government happily gives drug-addicted bums and prostitutes handouts, freshly taken from the wallets of hardworking, law-abiding citizens. Anyone who opposes the practice of giving money to people who do not deserve it are immediately gunned down, branded as “intolerant”. The media no longer faithfully reports the news; they seek the “scoop” for the almighty dollar. Is this a description of Rome or America? Or both?
Unemployment in America is around ten percent across the board, reaching close to fifteen percent in certain cities. Without work, people need to be propped up by the government, whose money ultimately comes from those with jobs. The unemployment rate in America is so high because we are under economic attack from China and other countries with cheap labor. Employment is suffering a three-pronged attack. Countries with cheap labor roll out the welcome mat for shady, greedy multinational corporations. Illegal immigrants take jobs (and taxpayer money) that rightfully belongs to Americans. To top it off, greedy labor unions keep demanding more and more from American companies already struggling to compete with Asia. Rome’s unemployment problem had different causes, but it is still the same problem.
Our American government does not work. Conservatives and liberals spend a lot more time fighting for power than actually solving any problems. Our Constitution is sound, just as Rome’s democratic system was sound when it was created. However, democracy does not work when it is bypassed. Rome’s upper class bypassed the democratic system (and the will of the people) by eliminating the democratic system and establishing a monarchy. Our democratic system is under attack from the courts. Both sides use corrupt judges and back-door technicalities to push their agenda and override the will of the people. The attack on the American system may be different from the attack on the Roman system, but it has the same objective: Bypass the will of the people.
America is following the same path as Rome. Our economy is being hampered by inflation, just like Rome. Our moral standards are downright pitiful, just like Rome. We have a major unemployment problem, just like Rome. Our government is not protecting us, just like Rome. It is the same story as Rome, just paraphrased and with a different cover.

Actually I think he is bang on. It left me wondering where the wacktacular logic was coming in.

He did forget to mention that the UFC is also symbolic of the Gladiator combat (minus the final execution and the swords) and that people line the arenas (colliseums) to watch the combatants beat each other to bloody pulps. Also in ancient Rome decadence and homosexuality was rampant and generally accepted. This is also becoming the norm in America, after all whens the last time you saw a TV show, reality or otherwise, that didn't feature at least one gay or in true Roman fashion a bi-sexual!

Now there's some wacktacular logic for you!

Some people think gay sex is icky, and hence should be illegal. I think spandex on old fat people is icky. Therefore, it should be illegal. Anyone who would deny the logic of my views is obviously a spankexed fattie lover - and anyone who pretends to be apathetic is obviously a *closeted* spandex fattie lover

So get on the bandwagon or ill call you names

LMAO jamie. Holy fucking shit I have to admit I was NOT expecting that.
1 + 1 = 2. So therefore 1 is one half of two, which means 1 is a half, which means 1 = 0.5.
acmac10 (120 D(B))
14 Sep 10 UTC
If 1 is a substitute for .5, isn't 1+1=1? There fore 1 is a half of one, which means 1 is a half of a half, thus leading to our correct answer of 1 = .25
Well, if 1 = 0.5, then 2, which is twice 1, equals 0.5. and if 2 equals .5 then 2+2 = 1, 0.5, and 0.25.
oops typo, beginning should be: Well, if 1 = 0.25

Black and red are universally considered to be Satan's colors, just check any good Satanic movie such as Eyes Wide Shut. Satan is bad, it says so in the Bible. God does not like Satan. Most people call African Americans "black" and Native Americans "red", so God does not like African Americans and Native Americans to marry. Such a union is heretical and any progeny should be known as "devil children". They should be burned at birth, but the flame should be white.

An equilateral triangle has 3 angles of 60 degrees. If I add an extra angle, I should have 4 angles of 60 degrees. A shape with four sides and equal angles is also called a square. Since a square has only 240 degrees, I can prove that a square = 2/3 of a circle. Meaning that a circle actually does not have infinite sides, but apparently has 6 sides (two more even sides of 60 degrees.) Meaning that hexagons are actually circles. If you ADD more sides (octogon) you have actually violated time and space.

Black absorbs all visible wavelengths of light. Whjite reflects them. when you mix white and black, you get grey. Therefore grey reflects and absorbs the tnrie visible spectrum making it invisible to the naked eye. Therefore all military vehicles should be painted gray and they will no longer be visible to the naked eye.

Lumberjacks are the epitome of manliness. As Chuck Norris is the greatest man to ever live, Chick Norris must be a lumberjack. If Chuck Norris is a lumberjack, then Karate champions must be a subset of lumberjacks. If all Karate champions are lumberjacks, then by extension, being a Karate champion must bring one to the pinnacle of manliness.

TMW is an idiot. We can use TMW as a basis for measuring idiocy. T (Tesla) is a measurement of the magnetic field strength. M is obviously mass (the larger of two in astrophysics) and W is a measurements for flux (Weber).
Therefore Idiocy(TM/W or Tkg/Φ)=the original magnetic field strength of the original area in which the idiocy is occurring multiplied by the mass of the idiot divided by the change in flux. The flux change is is measured by the change in area in area of idiocy, and change in magnetic field strength (this cannot equal zero as all computers use an AC current.

Idiocy(TM/W or Tkg/Φ)=Bm/Φ

Cince they have trouble getting sponsorship, they are using the money raised to cure cancer to their advantage and are just keeping the cure hidden so that they can keep getting money. They don't reveal the cure because they wouldn't be able to charge an arm and a leg for it.

1.Blue is a “low wavelength” colour. This is because of increasing wavelengths. Lower wavelengths means more energy is needed as a “smaller wave will require the medium through which it passes to get jerked around faster, which requires more energy.” Blue is the lowest viable wavelength spectrum, at 400nm. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_reflection) (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080821093219AArYUS2) (Beer Lamberts Law)
2. If a light spectrum hits an object, the colour you see is infact the colour that was not absorbed but reflected. So a "green" plant is every colour but green. (Beer-Lamberts Law)
3. E=MC2. E is energy, m is mass, and c is the speed of light in a vacuum. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass%E2%80%93energy_equivalence)
4. Heavier objects need more energy to move faster. A light car with the same energy to power it as a heavy truck will move faster. (a = F/m, where a is acceleration, F is force and m is mass.)

So, because blue has a higher amount of energy because of it has a shorter wavelength, it must be have a greater mass because E=MC2. Adding to this, as anything seen as blue is something reflecting blue, it is in fact every colour but blue. Lastly, as blue has a greater mass, it would decrease acceleration when applied.
Thus: Any object that appears blue is in fact not blue, is devoid of blue and has lost the wavelengths carrying the greatest amount of energy, thus decreasing mass compared with other colours and therefore be capable of greater acceleration.

In Summery: Despite popular belief, Red ones do not go faster. Blue ones are the fastest! :)

All my own work. Am quite proud of this. Plus, I started trying to prove red ones go faster. :P
3. E=MC2. Energy is equal to mass in a vacume
