I would keep it together. The US is an example to the rest of the world that democracy as a form of government can and will work out, and it has been for almost 250 years.

I'd take a potato chip and eat it.

Destroy it immediately (at least I HOPE I would destroy it immediatly). It would not really work too well for revenge (they wouldn't know what hit them), and killing criminals, terrorists, etc. would only allow them to be replaced by new criminals, terrorists, etc. (Not to mention that it is not my place to kill any of these people anyway).
I would not hand it to the military, because they would not believe me (unless I *demonstrated*, which would be wrong and get me in trouble anyway).

I would go two blocks over to where one of my four great friends live, carrying a baseball bat and some knives (best I've got) bang on his door and tell him to DRIVE the hell out of where we were to hit the highway while I call the others in our drama family, trying to figure out where those left alive of us can meet, get weapons and hunker down in one of the great theatres in Los Angeles or Glendale, as we know our way around a theatre so we can set up plenty of traps and those buildings are pretty fortified.

One would expect, obiwan, that an atheist that knew with 100% certainty that 'it all turned out to be true' wouldn't be an atheist... ;) and same in reverse (though I guess by learning they can answer this one by saying 'I would become an atheist').

That said, since I recently converted to Christianity... I'd become a pantheist.
