Damn, that is impressive indeed. I can't really even wrap my head around it, you were down to one unit TWICE. I also can't figure out why England was more interested in that convoy than winning, but I'm confident you played a large role in that, well done.
Sorry, but I see many NMRs in that game, many tactical blow ups and in the end unsound moves by England. Nice blow that you survived, but personally (just imo) that opening moves deserved nothing more than a severe beating by England and France - which they almost did.
So we have England that was interested to show off a large convoy than to win the game. I admit that I am not impressed. I've seen far better games of diplomacy.
As long as there is injustice, whenever a Targathian baby cries out, wherever a distress signal sounds among the stars, we'll be there. This fine ship, this fine crew. Never give up... and never surrender.
Nice game, but maybe England preferred the insane convoy. I mean the pot was only 54, some people might have different goals, like one time insane convoy ;) Just like some people won't care if they lose a poker game, if they had a royal flush in that game ;)
Sorry to post a question that has probably been asked a million times before but when calling for a pause of the game does each player need to vote pause or just a simple majority? In other words does pausing the game have to be a unanimous decision?
