Ah, thanks. I had a horrible moment where I thought we were introducing a member-rating system. That was one of the worst things have ever seen on a Forum. Talk about lack of self-confidence: we had members practically begging to be voted for by others just to get a higher (average) rating - and, of course, the usual wakners deliberately trying to skew ratings towards zero because they had a personal grudge against someone.

If we went down that route here, I would simply walk away in a flash (yes, I know; rotten pun). I have an intense and almost phobic response to anything that resembles a networking site.
