My guess is a couple of friends playing a live game together. As long as it doesn't happen too often it isn't really a problem in the grand scheme of things.

I also wonder why it is so blatant - which moves where exactly blatant and obvious? I just see that Gal->War could have been ordered at some point, but that is is basically about it. Turkey and Germany are lined up at a somewhat stale mate line - hard to make progress there.

I was France in that game and don't really think there was anything wrong at all. Other than England and Italy continually jumping on me, that is. :-)

And, while we are talking about "different moves" mel, how do you explain Autumn 1905? You force your way into the NAtl at the same time that England forces his way into the channel (in the spring), and then your next order is support for England into Brest. Really? You spent all of that time getting into the North Atantic and then you guess that England is moving into Brest? If you are going to throw out wild accusations without any proof, then please explain that move. I am really interested in hearing that one.

I like how he says "at the very least," as if the whole game except him might be one player. I don't see anything that looks like multi-accounting or meta-gaming between Germany and Turkey. Hell, it doesn't even look like a single-game alliance between them. If they had been cheating, would the game have ended in a 5 way draw, despite them owning 26 SCs together?

Once again...sorry. I was tired and in a rush this morning when I posted. Either way, the moves that I mentioned were peculiar between Italy and England. And at least I mentioned actual moves in the game, not just a blanket accusation.

what was strange was the way that Italy kept attacking me, Austria, instead of allying against a Turkey that got stronger and stronger.

I don't see any problem really. G and T clashed severly in Eastern Europe. I think both were happy to at last have some form of ally in this chaotic game.
