Nope, just tried that after asking the local Armenian language professor. Google Translate tells you "We are not yet able to translate from Armenian to English". So he's not using Google Translate. Unless the "English to Armenian" option exists and I completely missed it somehow.

btw it's "one sicarius is always more than enough", but he may have been wrong about the translation.

copy and paste the text and then google it. you'll find some hits that have that exact expression - along with the hovercraft one. This isn't some randome phrase that he had translated, he just happened to be on a site that had it pre-translated. That's my guess anyway.
